The place was nice but there were some facility issues and the night time desk staff was not kind or helpful when we inquired about places that might deliver there. The lady who was working in the breakfast area was very kind and helpful.

We booked for the pool for my kids but it was so hot our last day my 6 year old couldnt swim in it. Was a really good stay their is a train that runs all night close so if you are a light sleeper take that into consideration. Breakfast was good, the front desk staff for the afternoon and overnight was super sweet the morning desk people not so much. Had a few problems with the TV and the internet passwords but other than that would stay here again.

The location was great as it was right by the highway. The amenities were great with indoor pool and a gym. A little deferred maintenance and almost zero water issue were the only negatives.

My son was having surgery at the Shriners Hospital and Madison was so helpful and comforting. We will definitely stay there every time we come The room was perfect!!

The staff was super nice, the bed was super comfortable and I slept great. Didn’t get to try the breakfast because we had to check out before it was ready, but I will definitely stay there again.

Room was dirty, no shower curtain for the shower, phone didn’t work, elevator was broken and room was on the 4th floor. Would not recommend!

Very dangerous situation happened in the room next to mine and the person at the front desk called never called the police after I called and asked them to. I was terrified all night long.

My first time staying here. The staff was great! It was clean and comfortable! Even though it’s located right next to the traffic it wasn’t bad.

My room was extremely quiet, despite the fact that there was a relatively busy railroad approximately 100 feet away. The entire facility was quite clean, and the breakfast, while not opulent, was certainly adequate. I would Certainly stay here again.

The hotel looks to be in a sketchy area but was actually very safe and locked down. The staff was amazing!
