Frühstück war ok, Spa kostet

En general es bueno el hotel, pero la publicidad es algo engañosa porque en fotos aparece piscina y Jacuzzi pero no está abierto para todos, tienes que pagar aparte, debe estar claro en la publicidad. En el paquete que compré decía que tenía el desayuno incluido y me lo iban a cobrar por aparte, luego les mostré la evidencia de que ya estaba pago. La cama de la habitación, en la publicidad dice que es King y la verdad en Queen, un poco más pequeña.

We travel to Bogota frequently, this hotel is our number one choice. Close to El Dorado, easy access to the Autonorte and NQS, and fantastic staff. The restaurant is really great, and the rooms are always top notch.

Me gustó mucho el hotel. Lo unico es que no iban a incluir desayuno para una tarifa tan alta, afortunadamente la persona en el desk fue muy amable y nos lo dio. Demas todo ok.

The people that work there have ZERO desire to help: 1. When checking in - the shuttle NEVER CAME to the airport, even after emailing to confirm, beforehand. 2. They refused to let my fiancé check in without me even after emailing them 2 days prior. Made her sit in the lobby for an hour in the lobby waiting for me …. while I was waiting for their shuttle that never came!! ( we flew in from separate cities. ) 3.Then after we checked out they refused ( until we called them 5 times and begged them ) to give us our items that we forgot ( yes, our fault, but who keeps others’ property ). Who does this ? AND we stayed in the suite on the top floor for 6 nights. So we paid the highest price/biggest room. AND we rented another room for her mom for 6 nights on a lower floor. What the ?
