Reception was very nice receptionists was friendly & polite our double room was clean had everything I needed like hair dryer big mirror we had dinner/tea in hotel was very nice nothing was to much bother for the staff we meet bar was spacious & clean would definitely stay here again

Lots of free parking. Lovely large room. Bed was really comfy. Very quiet location, about a 10 minute drive from the centre. Staff were very friendly.

The room was so unbearably hot, we could not sleep at all. I am from Queenslans Australia, so I am used to hot weather, but this would have been over 28 or 29 degrees easily! It was coming from out in the hallway. The shower was also completely mouldy and disgusting

All staff very friendly and helpful. Our little dog was very welcomed. We would stay there again.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Zimmer in ruhiger Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das darin angeknüpfte Restaurant kann man auch empfehlen.

It was a pleasant stay 2 adults 1 child, however, the room was far too hot. Ridiculously warm, we had to go and buy a fan from Home bargains up the road, the small one in the room was very dusty and didn't really help. I heard a lot of guests complaining about the heat.

We had a fantastic stay for my 60th birthday, the staff were great and very professional but we also had a laugh with them, they even sang happy birthday to me. We will definitely be back

Very enjoyable one night stay. Staff are all super friendly, particularly Lorraine who was there from check in to check out. Bar staff fantastic too. Will definitely be back.

A property that feels unloved. It is in need of some TLC. And a coat of paint. Staff were lovely and food was excellent.

Charming older independent hotel, room was comfortable, nice common spaces, good dinner and breakfast. Our dinner server was a cheeky waitress named Tracy who made things fun.
