En temas de alimentación, muy bueno. Respecto al spa 100 puntos. La amabilidad 9 de 10. Por temas de construcción/remodelación actual 8 de 10, fue algo inesperado. Uno espera que por ser un boutique hotel no haya un 8 o 9 en cualquiera de las calificaciones.

We had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the bar had a nice atmosphere with excellent drinks. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Lovely place, rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The spa was the best part of our stay. Great location, walking distance to all landmarks and restaurants. Private shuttle to the airport easy to accommodate for a fee.

Front desk staff makes you feel like they are doing you a favour. Akward. If you are interested in any of the spa services ask with significant time in advance- otherwise no luck.

As a solo traveler I absolutely loved this hotel. Clean, staff were so kind, breakfast was phenomenal, and drinks were delish.

Beautiful room and hotel grounds. The bed was so comfortable. Felt like staying in a French Chateau. They have a wonderful rooftop deck with an amazing view of the volcano and an underground bar that felt like a speakeasy. No detail was spared n this lovely hotel. Highly recommend!!

Es una propiedad preciosa. Si madrugas te dejan organizado el desayuno, y si lo tomas en el restaurante, es muy rico.

Wonderful experience with my stay here. Even before I arrived the staff was communicating with me to make sure I arrived and made it clear that the restaurant would be closed by the time I arrived so I may want to eat when I landed at the airport. Beautiful property, small rooms but very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.
