Good location. Clean rooms

In terms of value for money at $175 per night compared to other studio motels we've stayed before at this price range, it's overpriced given its location (doesn't seem safe) and the poor quality of the room (doesn't smell nice and clean, it's dark, cheap curtain, and the floor area is too small for a studio).

Walk out their drive and your pretty much in town, so plenty of food and shopping options.

Adequate room for stopover en route to Wellington.

Our stay as per usual when we go to palmy for swim meets perfer the location of this motel. Central and clise to a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Clean, friendly, no problems.

Clean and just like the photos. Comfy beds, heating and great shower.

Near everything in centre of town

This place is not a very nice place to stay, rude staff member, the room we had was disgusting looked nothing like the pictures on the website

Excellent place to stay

Great location so close to town, little old and outdated but location makes up for it

Centrally located, good value for money

Stay with my daughters and granddaughters (8) we were given 3 rooms and did not have to share beds.The gardens are so beautiful and the very short walk to shops simply the best. We will be return guests.
