The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. The room was wonderful, perfect for my family to feel comfortable as it was our first time staying in the city. Overall my experience, although short was amazing and I will definitely be booking again!

La habitación muy amplia y muy bonitas. Las camas súper comodonas con buenas sabanas. La toallas chicas y rasposas, no corresponden a la calidad del hotel. No te dejan botella de agua de cortesía, y la llave de tarjeta que me dieron se rompío por uso y me la cobraron. El restaurante la calidad de alimentos muy buena.

We stayed in a family room that accommodates up to 8 people. Nice restaurant and bar in hotel. I loved the free parking it offered nearby. Walking distance to the basilica and the plaza. Would definitely recommend.

La habitación es Her-mo-sa, la ubicación es muy privilegiada, en estas fechas se aprecia la iluminación de la ciudad, los recorridos están muy cerca y el estacionamiento es muy conveniente

Nos encantó que estuviera tan cerca de Catedral y poder recorrer todo el centro histórico caminando sin necesidad de algún traslado en vehículo

El cuarto muy limpio, servicio de restaurante excelente, el servicio de recepción pésimo, no te sientes bienvenida al lugar, no volvería a hospedarme en ese lugar...

I was really disappointed with this Hotel and will never stay here again. First off all the elevator did not work for my 78 year mother to use and she fell coming down the stairs and lights where off and none on the stairs. I was informed the elevator would be turned on if front desk was informed but would lead me to back of hotel so I asked if I may bring my car in back to pick up my mother and they said no. Also my flight left early so I had to check out at 5:00am and there was no one to assist me to bring my car from the car lot it was parked. I was informed I had to walk and go get my own car which was not close by so I had to pay and wait for a taxi to take me . Also, I booked a quadruple room with 4 beds and was not given that room when I arrived and was told it was booked already. The hotel was not easy to locate since they don’t have their name posted anywhere and kept driving around and stopped to ask when I was in front of the hotel entrance and no where was there a sign indicating it was Herencia Hotel. It aloud at night if your facing city Main Street .

Beautiful hotel in a great location

Our stay at Herencia Hosting House was incredibly pleasant. The room was spotless, and the staff was incredibly courteous. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying there again.
