Me agrado su ubicación muy accesible

La limpieza de la habitación, tienen plazas cercanas y restaurants.

Pedí una modificación de mi reserva y no accedieron a cambiarla por lo tanto me cobraron los dos días aunq solo ocupe la habitación 1 día

Excelente ubicación y servicio, el único pero es el internet, que es muy malo y a cada rato se desconecta.

La atención del personal es excelente, la limpieza y tamaño de las habitaciones son formidables, me encanta el balcón y la comodidad de sus almohadas. Seguiré reservando aquí.

El hotel tiene un olor extraño en los pasillos y el desayuno es malo, algo bueno que tiene es la ubicación

Un confort agradable . Con excelente tranquilidad y fácil acceso a las instalaciones , un desayuno netamente mexicanísimo. Felicidades

El hotel bien, aunque ya se le nota el paso del tiempo, el A/C por ejemplo es bastante viejo aunque funciona. Si son susceptibles al ruido pidan una habitación alejada de la avenida ya que tiene mucho tráfico y se escucha bastante.

The free breakfast is a very limited selection, and the buffet is only available for an extra cost. Our son was excited about a pool and a hot tub, but neither were very well kept, and the hot tub did not work. There was a bathtub which we wanted, but there was not enough hot water to actually have a hot bath. The beds and the room were nice, but not for what I paid, could have stayed at a hotel without a pool or hot tub at a much lower price as we could not use these here anyway. Of course, that is just one opinion out of how many that others that share their opinions as well.

La única sugerencia es que sea un desayuno completo y no tipo americano
