Hee vriendelijk en goede ontvangst

Das Hotel war ok. Leider waren die Zimmertüren nich so Schallisoliert. Man hörte andere Gäste auf dem Flur.

De kamer was erg klein, luidruchtige buren en een niet sluitende wc deur

I had booked 2 rooms already 6 weeks ago and have had several confirmations and e-mails etc. And when I came there they said that there were some overbooking problems because a group came. They sent us to another hotel which was far more expensive. They told us that the parking was for free, but it cost me €25 and the dinner was so expensive that it was a shame!

Overall good hotel. Clean rooms but small with very dim light. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Laten we beginnen met dat het bed prima lag, en de doucke was ook fijn. De min-punten. De kamer erg klein,krap en donker. Weinig uitleg bij inchecken over bijkomende kosten. Als je je kamer tijdens je verblijf niet laat schoonmaken krijg je een voucher voor een gratis drankje (voor 1 persoon) Ben je met meer als 1 persoon dan moet je een extra drankje bijkopen of delen. Zij bepalen welk drankje dat wordt, limonade met ijs, geen vrije keuze hierin. Ontbijt is goed maar duur 20 euro p.p Personeel was erg vriendelijk, dat dan weer wel!

La première nuit il y avait beaucoup de bruit. Le personnel m’a donné une autre chambre plus calme et upgradée.

閑静な所にあり、雰囲気も良かった。 部屋も雰囲気良くデザインされていて、綺麗だった。またネスプレッソも置かれていて、インスタントが多いヨーロッパのホテルにあって、コーヒーを部屋で楽しめたのが良かった。 レストランでの夕食も美味しかった。 朝食も種類こそ少なかったけれど、宿泊人数が少ない日だったのに、各トレイが満杯に盛られていて恐縮する程だった。 今回はビジネスで泊まったけど、次回はプライベートで泊まりに来ても良いかと思った。

Praktisch en OK hotel vlakbij Genk. Prijs kwaliteit ok. Kamers zijn basic. Niet zoveel ruimte en kleine badkamer. Toiletspullen aanwezig maar beperkt. Housekeeping was dik in orde. Ontbijt uitgebreid en lekker

Mooi hotel met lekker ontbijt op mooie ligging

This was the 4th time that I have stayed at the hotel and it is just as fantastic on each occasion. The staff are lovely, the rooms are great and the restaurant food is superb. I have to give a special mention to Agatha who is such a lovely and friendly lady. Always has a smile on her face and made me feel very welcome. Enjoy your retirement Agatha!!

Great hospitality. Manager helped resolve a small billing disagreement very graciously. The suite was wonderful.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff, clean room and the restaurant is fantastic. Highly recommended.

The staff was super friendly but this hotel needs more staff. It’s one person doing everything, check in, waiter and room service. The tv wasn’t working, i waited 30 minutes for the waiter to pass by and fix it for us. After he fixed it, it stopped working again (antenna wasn’t connecting). I didn’t want to call him again because i knew he was the only one running the entire place. So I had a hotel room without a working tv. There’s no parking if you arrive after 9:30pm. Rooms are super small but good if you just need a bed and shower. It’s clean and quiet. Perfect for a goodnight rest :)

It was very good but only the bathroom wasn’t amazing. The water of the rainshower was going all over the place so not ideal to keep the bathroom tidy. This was the only remark as all the other things were good.
