部屋に入ると、カビの臭いがしていました。それから便座の黄ばみも気になりました。

Hotel is as advertised, in need of renovation but we always had the pool to ourselves and apartment was very spacious. So if you are on a budget and after a no frills place to stay in central Cairns I highly recommend.

Late check in worked well. Good location. Only problem we had was the washer tripped the breaker, but we weren't expecting a washer in the first place.

Property is very tired. Pool dirty and bbq unusable. Furnishings old and cushions need a wash. Although area is a bit seedy the apartments are well situated to be close to everything. Staff were good.

This place was pretty good. It was conveniently located near everything in Cairns. It was right accross the street from a grocery store which was helpful. There were lots of eateries around and about a 7 to 8 minute walk to the Esplanade lagoon and pier. We liked that the place was very spacious. The room was a little old but not that bad. The bedroom was a little small and I get why other people were complaining about the door not opening all the way because of the bed, but it wasn't that big of a deal for us. The water pressure in the shower was excellent for hot water, but really poor for cold water. Again, not a big deal. The room had a washer and dryer which were convenient for us since we were on an extended vacation. The AC worked well which we liked since it can get really hot and humid in Cairns. The only real issue we had was the internet which kept dropping (maybe since we were on the 6th floor, the signal wasn't as strong). The room had a great balcony with a view to the mountains which was nice during the sunset times. Be warned, there can be a lot of noise because it's on a main street and the birds can be very loud but to us it wasn't that bad. We liked seeing all the birds lol At the end of the day, we would definitely stay here again. The convenient central location plus the size of the apartment are enough for us to come back again.

We liked being in the Centre of town, where we could walk to everything.

Not so cheap, but definitely nasty! This place is grotty, falling apart and surrounded by horrendously loud homeless people keeping you awake until all hours of the night. I’m tipping the last time any maintenance has been done on this property is a decade ago, as that’s when the last test and tag was done on their appliances. Black mould in the bathroom, filthy tired fixtures and fittings. Bed bugs and cockroaches. Unsafe and unsatisfactory standard for the provision of accommodation in 2023 in Australia. Run, run far away from this place.

The apartments located close to town so convenient to shops and restaurants. The apartment was quite roomy. The only negative was that late check out was denied.

We faced onto Lake st. A little noisy for us. Overall, fantastic units and convenient for access to the Esplanade. Off-street parking a bonus too. Will stay again.

Good location

Plus: Loved the LOCATION. Within walking distance to everything. Minus: Dated decor, worn-out mattress, bedroom door can't be closed due to the bed being too big for the room. Water pressure problem in bathroom & kitchen with the very real possibility of scalding. Staff seem uninterested being there...and that is only the beginning.

a good kitchen laundry and living area space

The stay was generally good as the units are in a great convenient location . However the place is a bit dated , our room was so small we could close the bedroom door. The biggest issue was that our booking said daily room servicing but they did not clean the room . We complained many times and after 6 days they did a clean.

Unit had not been serviced. The bedroom carpet was dirty. No bulb in the bedside lamp. Fridge was dirty and utensils need replacing. Booked for two weeks but left after first night.

まずレセプションに人が居ない。16時で人が居なくなる為チェックインの際は気をつける必要あり。 Wi-Fiも中々繋がらず、帰りのTAXIをレセプションでお願いしておりましたが手配されておらず散々でした。 おすすめしません。

Totally adequate for a one night stay. Was great to have laundry facilities en suite. Located halfway between the train terminal and the marina worked out very well for us. Close to lots of good restaurant options. Suite itself doesn’t really have a boutique feel to it. Building is clean and the elevator is super fast.

A nice place to stay - great location- central to cairns and woolworths just across the road Bathroom needs a fan or vent Kitchen : Bowls were the flattest I have ever seen I would recommend this motel as a good place to stay
