Little expensive comparing to the same kind of place. But its ok

Made a reservation, called during their business hours to confirm check in, no one answered. After several tries they were not able to get a hold of them. We ended up booking a different hotel for this reason and this hotel still charged us the full amount without us even able to check in. This is a total scam.

Unterkunft war sehr schön, freundliches Personal. Optimale Lage, da direkt vor der Haustür der Skibus abfährt.

T3 is a German SkiClub which specialises in theme nights and entertainment (we didnt know this its not in the description). When we arrived at the hotel at 6pm we were greated with no parking and a piece of paper telling us our room number and a key. Once we found our way to our room we found it was directly above their bar/club. Until the early hours we were kept awake by a DJ on a microphone and beat music. This room was massively overpriced and despite me explaining how unhappy I was, there was no attempt to either listen or to compensate.

Positiv: - Gute Lage zum Sonnenkopf - Gutes Frühstück Negativ: - Sehr hellhörig (eine Gruppe war von 22.00 bis 3.00 Uhr sehr laut) - Im WC viel defekt - Reception schlecht besetzt, Einchecken erst um 14.30 Uhr

Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Zimmer grosszügig Restaurant schön und stilvoll eingerichtet.

Prima accommodatie en fijne kamer met goede bedden en een uitgebreide dinerkaart en fantastisch ontbijt.

Wir waren für eine Nacht da und haben ein sehr freundliches Hotel sowie zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten Service erlebt.

Die Lage

De gastheer deed er alles aan om ons welkom te laten voelen. De kamer was ruim en goed. Het eten was goed, smaakvol, gezond, afwisselend. De tips over wandelingen in de omgeving waren waardevol. We hebben volop genoten van ons verblijf in Gasthof Spüllersee.
