Didn't use spa. Short business trip. Receptionist was very polite and friendly, as a VIP member of Expedia I.ve got an upgraded room.

Et okay forretningshotel - basis værelser - forvent ikke mere end 3* her i forhold til normal. God reception, venlige og hjælper m vej & taxa m.m. Bar, morgenmad, restaurant - Okay, kan være travlt / mangle borde, dyrt sted at spise, gå rundt om hjørnet der ligger der en lille græker - men god morgenmad og okay service. Værlser m støj og rengøring var ikke på de 2 værelser vi havde i 2 dage !

The hotel is marketed as a VIP property on Expedia and, as such, offers free parking. Instead, the receptionist told me that the parking is self-parking and not free, must be paid the City’s parking system, which seems far too complicated for foreigner. The hotel does have its own garage, but parking there costs 20 euros. Plus no elevator from garage, you should carry on suitcase on stairs. I chose this hotel only because of the parking and because, as an Expedia Platinum member, it was offered to me as a VIP benefit. I can honestly say that the hotel’s VIP marketing on Expedia is a scam. The room was OK.

トイレ・シャワーブースがあるエリアの掃除がちゃんとできていない。 前の宿泊者の髪の毛が散乱していた。三泊の滞在中に掃除してもらったが、やはり髪の毛がかなり残っていた。 あと、ポットが無かった。ポットが無いのは、今まで国内外入れて一度もなかったので、ショックだった。

Breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff. My only complaint is that I could not control the room temperature myself - I had to ask the front desk to do that for me.

Bathroom was ok clean . Fitness room had no water. But otherwise great staff and amazing breakfast

hotel was ok, some stuff was rude and not polite. the price is overrated for this kind of service. i asked a bottle of water from reception, the answer was "where can i find water for you at this time"

Best thing, on top of being cozy and comfortable, is being in walking distance from the Sava Centre.

I liked that rooms were clean, new, spacious and quiet. Close to public transport but it's easier if you have a car.

Would say hotel is good and not too far from the city. Breakfast dinning room was crowded and uncomfortable with heating on despite warm outside. Be warned of the taxi scams in the city. It cost me £60 for a 5 minute trip. Use hotel reception to order an car now app.
