非常糟糕的入住体验，没有热水，等洗澡三个半小时打了五个电话催，最后在我的要求下才给换房，要不然就假装不理，这不是星级宾馆应该有的服务，差评。希望以后培训员工要积极为客人解决问题而不是一直拖延。作为经常在这里入住的老客人，非常失望。

Good Covid controls and cleanliness. Minor maintenance going on our floor, with noise kept at minimum. Breakfast with variety and great hospitality.

Great location. Easy access to public transport. Lake view is a highlight. Warm hospitality. A little bit of improvement on cleanliness would make a short stay just perfect.

Impactante, todo perfecto. La atención es espectacular, desayuno delicioso, piezas grandes y La vista al lago era hermosa. Sector spa también espectacular, piscina grande y buena para nada y baños con sauna, baño turco, jacuzzi, Completísimo. Totalmente recomendado.

한국인 Staff가 있어 좋았고, 수영장이 있어 편히 잘 지냈습니다. 수영장은 이용객이 많지않아 좋고 수심은 1.0m에서 1.6m정도로 깊어지는 경사로되어있습니다. 수온이 따뜻하고 자쿠지가 있어 좋습니다. 아침식사는 5성급호텔의 평균 수준입니다. 한국인 Staff의 친절한 지원에 감사드립니다.

The guy working in the swimming poor was very rude. I asked him if there was any button to turn on the jet water for the spa, he answered me like he wanted to hit me. Very hard to find cold drinking water(ice or ice water) in the hotel.
