Es un hotel seguro y tranquilo su personal muy amable. Cercanía a las playas, tiendas y restaurant!!! Todo muy bien!!!

The shower head was moldy and the drain was slow. Some of the staff seemed irritated by us being there. There isn't a bar on premises like the pictures show. Coffee maker but no coffee and none of the markets we went to had coffee grounds. Air conditioner worked well and cleaning staff were nice. Front desk people were quite friendly.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Playa del Carmen. It's close to the beach and 5th Ave but is still quiet.

Close to the Quinta Avenida(5th Avenue) of Playa del Carmen, this hotel is a very good place to stay. 100% recommended.

Excelente ubicación, anfitriones amables, habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas. Es mi tercera vez en éste hotel y lo sigo prefiriendo para estancias futuras.

ADOバスターミナルの近くで便利。ビーチも近くサンライズを見に行ける。スタッフも親切で快適に過ごせました。

In the classic Mexican traditional style, the rooms were nice. Plenty of hot water.
