The bathroom was not clean all around the toilet. The room had spiders, a few bugs in the bed and on the floor. The pool in front the rooms was closed for cleaning. The menu was very poor for dîner but the soup was delicious. The breakfast had eggs and ham only, instant coffee and no fruits and yogourt. Not a good expérience. The place look abandoned by the owner.

Clean rooms and excellent staff

Perfect location for an early trip to Chichen Itza. Pool was a welcome break from the travel. Breakfast was one choice scrambled eggs and bread. Staff were friendly. For a one night stay it was value for money.

Het doet denken aan een motel in Amerika, heel simpel. Geen koelkast of opberg mogelijkheden voor kleding. Heel kleine badkamer, die bij het douchen redelijk nat wordt. Zwembad ligt direct in zicht van de snelweg en het tweede dat iets achter bomen weg gestopt is wordt jammergenoeg niet onderhouden. Het restaurant serveert een menu met vlees en een hamburgermenu! De enige reden om hier te overnachten met goede oordopjes is de nabijheid van de ruïnes.

Restaurant and drinks were subpar, but courteous staff and decent room. Road noise was an issue. Worth staying one night for nearby sites, but not more. Could not get a refund for some of our stay we did not use.

Really affordable considering how close it is to Chichen Itza. The pool is a great place to relax at the end of the day as long as you don't mind a bit of traffic noise. The food was no-nonsense and satisfying. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Ik Kil Cenote across the road is beautiful too.
