Friendly staff, good size room for the city, clean, parking, and breakfast

Beautiful rooftop view and layout. Easily walkable to subway. Small selection of streaming service to log into on tv. Friendly staff both front desk and cleaning staff.

The room was tiny but very clean. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was lovely. Staff very helpful. We found street parking relatively quickly each evening. We would stay here again.

Walkable to Barclays. Main walking road felt very safe even at night. Side street to get to hotel was just alright. Easy parking right on site. Room is a bit small but knew that booking the hotel. All staff encountered were very nice. Rooftop view is nice of the city.

Absolute worst. The room was dusty and the shower did not work. Mechanic had to drill into the wall, why wasn’t the shower checked when the housekeeper cleaned?

My wife did not like the first room we were assigned to. The clerk switch our room. On the north side of the hotel, there were drug addicts shooting drugs right near the hotel.

The hotel was fine for one night for the family. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The blackout blinds were great for getting a good night's sleep. The only downside was the location of the room , as it was accessed through the lobby, so we heard a lot of the noise from there. Breakfast was included in our stay, and there was a good offering of hot and cold item. The only downside is that I am still waiting for the return of my deposit after two weeks of checking out.

Large room, very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the roof top patio for an evening drink and morning coffee. Would stay again!

Great location

The location, staff, and rooftop was amazing. Watching the sunset from the rooftop was definitely a highlight. Great breakfast as well. The only issue was that the room spelled musty when the fan was on. We opened the window and kept it open which remedied the problem.

Staff was great. Very clean and organized. Breakfest was great.
