I have issues with the daily making of the room and The room 420 is facing Atocha a very noisy street.

The room was large, very comfortable for three adults. Cleaners were very efficient. Staff in general very kind. Position super. Only thing that could be improved is hotel bar: very small and not not particularly inviting.

Lovely hotel, can’t really fault it. Location is wonderful, very central but not loud. Breakfast was wonderful, great variety and well stocked, staff were incredibly attentive. Reception staff were also great, on arrival our room wasn’t ready and they offered to prioritise it and call us when ready, our luggage was already in the room by the time we got back. Room was lovely and clean, bed comfy and massive, the only thing that was slightly annoying is that the room and the bathroom were very warm, we could not regulate the room temperature and had to resource to opening the window, which was a bit noisy at night, the extractor fan did not work in the bathroom

O hotel está muito bem localizado, com vários restaurantes e lojas em volta. Fui muito bem recebida na chegada, inclusive com um espumante de boas vindas pelo funcionário q estava na recepção e ele inclusive foi muito atenciosoem tds os momentos, assim como a moça q estava la tb no momento do check in, mas ele sem dúvida, diferenciado.Tive tds as socilitações atendidas ao logo da minha estadia. Suite maravilhosa (Junior Suite) e tudo muito limpo. Recomendo e ficaria novamente nesse hotel.

Hemos seleccionado este hotel desde 2018, por su excelente ubicación. Siempre nos recibieron muy bien y nos daban upgrade de la habitación. Más en esta ocasión y debido a las fiestas no nos dieron upgrade, y lo triste fue que la habitación que nos dieron tenía ciertos defectos, como la lámpara de la ventana, la cual estaba medio fundida, el auricular del teléfono no funcionaba y la puerta de un clóset no estaba en su riel. Si bien estas anomalías fueron en su mayoría solventadas, para un hotel de 5 estrellas ni siquiera debíamos darnos cuenta de ellas como huéspedes. Tal pareciera que no desean que regresemos🙁. Como comentario adicional, ya deben hacer una renovación del hotel, para que este adhoc a las 5 estrellas que ostentan. Esperamos que tomen en consideración los comentarios para mejorar. En cuanto a la atención del personal, esa ha sido amable y muy atenta como siempre, esa atención se ha mantenido y agradecemos que sigan así.

Mooi hotel. Alles op loopafstand. Bedden liggen heerlijk. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was heerlijk. Kamertemperatuur wel erg hoog in de winter.

We had a bigger room than we had booked. Had plenty of room to spread out. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Location is convenient to get around to all the sights.

The room was stunning. Sloped wooden ceiling with a skylight. Felt special.

Limpieza. El hotel está muy buen cuidado y como siempre, Jonathan nos recibió muy bien. También la asignación de la habitación fue rápida así como las personas de recepción fueron amables

We scheduled one week at this hotel and spent over $4,000. A few days after we arrived there was no hot water and we had to take cold showers. A few days later there was no wifi and we were unable to conduct business on some zoom calls. When we spoke to the front desk, they said there was nothing that could be done because we booked our room through a third party. We thought that was terrible customers service and unacceptable for hotel that charges $500 per night.

Etablissement à la hauteur de NH Collection. Très bien placé. Dommage que notre chambre n'était pas au calme, au 1er vue sur les poubelles et le ramassage pendant la nuit. Assez cher, pas de pdj inclus pour le prix mais bien placé pour visiter Madrid à pieds.
