Staff and cleanliness

Everything was great. Location, rooms, cleanliness, amenities. However 2 downfalls: 1. The apartments are not services daily! Not even fixing the beds. 2. We had to pay for parking within the hotel during our day. Other than that everything else was excellent.

Room was so fabulous, amazing view, clean and had everythibg we could ask for. Great location, friendly staff. Would love to stay here again.

Poor service from the staff, leaking toilet, old sagging bed causing back priblems

The pictures didn’t seem exactly what the apartment was like I was shocked to find out there was no Cleaning services offered and no breakfast

Photos sent to management regarding dirtiest room, horrible old worn out dirty furniture, inconvenient parking.

Central location, facilities, modern decor.

Room was spacious. Good view.

The hot water kept on changing temperature every couple of minutes. That’s the only complaint I have. regards, Wayne Cox.

Friendly staff, most helpful. Laundry/Kitchen are clean and equipment/facilities are easy to access. Will recommend people to stay with them.

Staff very helpful and accomodating. Very happy to have access to the facilities after we checked out and waited for a late flight. Room was clean. Pool and area very clean. Easy walk to the beach.

Really impressive! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with every amenity that you could wish to have. The pool, gym, steam and sauna were all a nice addition. The hotel was close to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. A real gem. Well worth a stay!

The soap bottles were mixed up. I.e., 2 hand soap bottles instead of 1 hand wash and lotion. 2 shampoos instead of 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner.

No cleaning of the room, the reception desk didn’t have anyone there outside of small hours, had to ask 3 times for more towel (couldn’t even ask reception as there was no one there). A bit expensive for what you get

Facilities at the property are amazing. Location is great. Rooms are a bit tired and dated. A/C was noisy. Kitchen was poorly stocked. Check-in is difficult as there is no parking.

Excellent views, staff, rooms amenities all excellent.
