Clean and comfortable

It was a great time at the Riu as always! We frequently stay at the Riu properties in different countries. I throughly enjoyed this property because of the location, food, and cleanliness of the hotel! The staff was friendly and we enjoyed our anniversary there.

Breakfast was outstanding. Best ever. Staff was friendly and attentive. Super busy with tours coming and going. The pool was a bit less than advertised. Overall a good choice.

The room was clean. But needs a real upgrade!!! The TV is NOT a smart TV and it only has 4 English channels. Unless you ask for Joseph. He's the only one who knows how fix it and you can get about 8 channels in English. Also the plumbing is terrible!! . The drain in the shower and face bowl didn't work properly. The pool and the breakfast was good. Until they ran out of bacon for 2 days. I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice spacious room on 31st floor, staff was nice. Hotel in a convenient location.

Conveniently located, near KFC, bank machine right next door, breakfast buffet was insane with so many people staying and eating breakfast at this hotel, felt like a factory.

Front desk staff was rude ! I was ignored while standing in line with multiple receptionist were available. While I don’t speak fluent Spanish i understood some of the conversation about me and my skin color . Other than that I have no other issues with my stay here
