I heard a lot of great reviews buts This hotel was okay. We were in the executive suite on the 27 floor. The floor and the room had a bad smell . Complain but it seem this was the normal . It was struggle to get wash clothes they would only give one for two people. One night I did not get towels at all. Customer service reps were not really helpful. Let’s not forget book water excursion with hotel . It was a hassle getting beaches towels. They did not want us to leave the hotel with the towels . Would I stay here again NO !!

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. Every aspect of the experience felt refined, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated. The staff delivered outstanding service with genuine warmth and professionalism. The property itself was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which added to the overall sense of luxury and tranquility. It was a remarkable stay, and we look forward to returning.

The room was immaculate the staff was their usual wonderful selves. I must admit that there was one person at check-in who wasn't as helpful as the other's thus time or in the past. The breakfast was amazing and I couldn't ask for a better location.

RIU has become our favorite hotel because of their breakfast. They have an amazing breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the breakfast puts it over the top.

The rooms and the halls smell like mildew. You can see all the mildew on the walls. The electricity keep going off. Plus the breakfast was good the overall appearance was good.

The hotel it self was beautifully designed. The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and try to help. The breakfast buffet was great! Was not happy with my room. When entered we only had one pillow for 2 adults, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, iron with no iron board waited 2 days to get one, the water in the sinks filled up fast and didn’t drain, the phone stop working after 3 days and no bath rags place in bathrooms. Everyday for the 6 days we had to call down and beg for bath rags and was told it’s only for the suites!! I expected better.
