Staff is friendly. Pool bar has a great atmosphere..the nachos are delicious. The suite was awesome! Well worth it. Fast Uber service.

The property was beautiful and I enjoyed my stay except for the pool. I found the pool rules to be inconvenient. I could not leave the pool area with their towel so I had to walk to my room wet. There should be a system in place like towel cards if they are having issues.

Everything was fine during my stay.

The noise level was not good during the afternoon. We called and complained three times but they said they were doing maintenance work.

This location is prime it is the heart of Panama City

All staffs were friendly,pleasant and helpful. rooms were clean and the AC was fresh and not musty. The pool was relaxing the entire ambiance was amazing. I didn’t eat much at the hotel cause I was more excited about trying off site places. But overall the property was amazing.

We got a family suite in one of the quiet floors and also got access to the executive launch that provides complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the day. We were able to walk to really nice restaurants at night and bike rental shops and bike to the old town through the beautiful boardwalk. The included breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend if you're looking for a real 5-star service in a more quiet part of the city (vs the old town.)
