Le pulizie … su la scrivania c’era la polvere , tanta polvere , al bagno pieno di calcare . Il servizio ok .

The room and location OK, my low rating is because the front desk person was not very helpful. I asked about restaurants and she sent me one block away where the place was closed, and she did not mention a sushi place next door that was open. Don’t know why she did say anything. The room didn’t have hand soap. The hotel does not provide iron nor ironing table. So you know

Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Colazione con buona scelta.

Noise from the trains passing by throughout the night is a real problem. Even with the windows closed it still wakes you up.

Accoglienza 'accogliente'. Buona posizione dell'hotel. Ottima colazione. Un soggiorno piacevole e comodo.

Unser Doppelzimmer war Recht groß. Auch das Badezimmer war groß, allerdings ist die Dusche sehr eng. Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut. Verbesserung könnte es beim Frühstück geben. . Eierspeise war kalt, dann gab es noch Mortadella, Schinken und Käse. Ich hätte mir Prosciutto und mehr Gemüse gewünscht. Süßes in Form von Croissants und Kuchen war vorhanden. Pancakes könnte man frisch zubereiten. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht. Man ist in 10 min im Zentrum.

La camera non era pulita e il bagno cera un odore sgradevole

Nulla da dire sulla pulizia. La camera era una superuor, e lo spazio era eccellente. Unica pecca in bagno: nessuna mensola o attaccapanni per appendere gli asciugamani. Solo uno piccolo, a metà servizio con la casrta igienica. Se non si vuole, ed è giusto, rovinare le pareti perrforandole, si potrebbero usare attaccapanni "volanti". Altri due piccoli particolari : l'armadio non chiudeva bene, e gli appendiabiti all'interno non permettevano di utilizzarli con i pantaloni. Un peccato, perchè la struttura è bella, la posizione comoda, il personale gentile

as a business traveler, I will more than likely not stay here again. the AC didn't work, beds not comfortable, the shower would not drain, and breakfast was not to some of the standards that I'm a custom to in Italy. staff was lovely, area was fine, easy walk to downtown Pordenone.
