The owner is very cheerful and friendly. There is great parking and the room was extremely clean, big comfortable bed and the spa bath in the room was awesome!

We arrived very late due to travel delays, and it was organised smoothly and so easy to quickly get into our room. The room was spotlessly clean, great water pressure, spacious and really well stocked little kitchenette. Great location walkable to endless dining options. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Excellent Service

We had a great one night stay at Macys before hospital appointments and it was quiet, despite being near a main road, with comfortable bedding and was spotlessly clean. The manager was friendly and helpful, all in all a great stay.

This place was awesome, super friendly staff, very patient with us when we missed check out. rooms were really high quality, Fairly cheap as well.

Last minute decision to stay in Tauranga and this place came up on trivago that appealed to us. Greeted by owner who was lovely to desl with. Room we stayed in was super king. Bed comfortable. Room was nice and clean. Spa was lovely. Parking a breeze. Easy place to find.

We just needed a bed & shower for the night. We picked a small studio and it was perfect for what we needed. We went to Elizabeth Street cafe for brunch as recommended by the motel owner. Great recommendation 👍
