Hotel was easy to find from the train station connecting to the airport, in a very good location next a beautiful park and convenient for a walk into town. The staff could not have been more helpful, service was excellent and the breakfast excelled

Bestilte hotel med spa eller pool. Ingen vand i spa. Morgenmad meget dårlig, lille udvalg.

良い点、 　バス停が近くにある。 　朝食会場からの眺めがよい。食堂の方がフレンドリーで一日が陽気に始まる。 　 不満点 　深夜に到着して電気のスイッチがわからなかったのでフロントまで聞きに行ったらスイッチのモデルを示して教えてくれたが、初めからそうするべき。別のスタッフは概ね親切。 　公園に隣接しているので閑静かと思っていたが、土日に深夜２４時まで音楽会が開催されていて騒音がひどく眠れなかった。（ホテルが悪いわけではないが、、、） 　

Clean room

Nice hotel. Outside of historic center but it is easy to travel to any part of the city using busses (a bus passes in front of the hotel every 10 min or so). Several dinning options within walkable distance.

The staff were welcoming, and the room was comfortable and quiet.

As much as I would to give a good review. I didn’t now have a great stay this hotel. The service was horrible, they were not professional & kind. The room wasn’t the bed. Got so many bug bites after sleeping one night in the bed. It was a very horrible experience for me at this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are staying in Palermo

Convent location and staff very helpful

Low key and comfortable. The property is well located with rooms that back on to a quiet green space. The bus from the airport drops you a half block from the hotel and you can easily walk or ride a bus to most sites. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night. Giulia and Eugenio at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.
