Reconozco la atención por whatsapp, todas las indicaciones para llegar fueron muy claras y respondían con rapidez. La ubicación del lugar es buena y nos quedamos solo una noche pero la experiencia no fue la mejor. Había muy mal olor en el apartamento proveniente de las cañerías del baño. Apenas hicimos uso del lavamanos el olor empeoró considerablemente. Hacía frío pero tuvimos que abrir las ventanas porque el olor era insoportable. Éramos 3 personas en un apartamento de una habitación, por lo que alguien durmió en el sofacama del salón. Era demasiado incómodo, se sentía toda la estructura metálica del mueble. Por último, el termo de la ducha no funcionaba muy bien. Hicimos baños cortos de 2-3 minutos cada uno, pero aún así el agua en la ducha apenas salía tibia. En cambio en el lavamanos sí salía caliente. Una cosa a tener en cuenta es que toca subir varias escaleras para llegar al sitio, aunque esto no fue un problema para nosotros.

We overall enjoyed our stay at this location. It’s conveniently located to the Alhambra and not too far to walk to the city center. It is a great location. We did drive here and getting through the neighborhood was a little rough initially as the streets were tight, but we made it. We drove through the small alley in the middle of the night to drop off our luggage, but had to reverse all the way out, which was a little nerve wrecking, and decided to carry the luggage to the car upon check out to not do it again. The room was cute. It was just a little dirty under the furniture and the bathroom had a little odor, but was tolerable. Honestly the wifi from the room wasn’t great though. There were two options. The one k was able to connect to in the room was a bit slow and the other fast one, only was able to connect downstairs. I was able to check in and out with ease before and after the normal hours. They checked in with me via WhatsApp and through email as well. We overall had a pleasant stay.

Close to the Alhambra. Steep climb to the apartment building due to its location.

Pros: it's a one bedroom with a kitchenette. Cons: we didn't have hot water, were told they could call maintenance, which is the last thing you want to hear after a long day at 8pm and you're only staying for a night. We also never met anyone to check us in or out, everything was handled by some watsapp number. The street is on a quiet street but also on a deadend street and taxis don't want to go in, so you end up carrying your luggage through cobblestone streets.

This place is a gem! We stayed in the top apartment and the views over Granada were amazing! You truly are on top of the world! The space is made to feel much bigger than it is with a loft overhead, keeping the living area and kitchenette open enough to feel nice while having a separate area to sleep. It's a trek up the stairs with your luggage, but the views pay for it instantly. Well equiped, nicely furnished, what can I say other than that this was a true gem!

Appartement propre, un peu petit pour 5 mais ce n'était pas gênant pour notre séjour de seulement quelques jours. Très très bien placé.

The apartment was easy to check in with self check- in. It was clean and had the basics but felt a bit crowded for 3 people. Close to what we wanted to see (5minutes walk to flamenco show and we also walked 25minutes to the Alahambra). The host provided much information about restaurants and excursions in the area and provided info regarding parking and general transportation which was helpful. Not easily accessible if one has mobility issues due to the hills and bumping roads (but most parts of Granada are challenging I would imagine). This apartment was generally good value for the price if you are just looking for a place to sleep.

Purtroppo, anche se il bi-locale sarebbe accettabile, non si possono accogliere i clienti in un sotto tetto dove nella camera da letto quando piove filtra acqua, ed in più l'infiltrazione era conosciuta in quanto era posizionato un secchio in corrispondenza del gocciolamento. l'appartamento è il numero 9, inoltre il numero non è indicato sulla porta di ingresso, ci siamo arrivati per esclusione.

Not a place for people with limited physical abilities.

Access codes and parking options would be nice to have ahead via direct email or text rather than through Hotels.com site. We did find them on hotel.com but only after arriving. The apartment was nice, comfortable, but thin walls made it a bit noisy. Bare necessities in the bathroom. Laundry facilities were a plus and part of the reason we selected this property.

Nous sommes très satisfaits du séjour ours que nous avons passé. Facile d'accès avec le GPS et les conseils donnés par le propriétaire. A dix minutes de l'Alhambra à pied ! Le quartier est très calme et très agréable et nous avons pu garer notre voiture dans un parking privé surveillé dans une rue en contrebas.
