Great location. Property is getting slightly older and there was no body wash in the containers supplied. Over all good

Clean, spacious, well equipped property with a choice of swimming pools

Location location! Pros: location, 3 pools (indoor too), great restaurants & cafes around, right across beach, amazing views of the ocean and bit of city (although the apt we stayed didn't get the sunrise or sunset as it was a bit at the back), tennis court and bbq common area(they get booked quickly). Cons: Apartments and furniture reflect aging, beds and pillows were not comfy, lifts had long waiting times and no regular housekeeping.

Totally recommend ULTIQA Beach Haven. It was great value for money. Fantastic facilities. The family and I totally enjoyed our stay there.

A bit run down. The views are amazing from the room

We liked the convenience as it was close to where we needed to be, but the unit didn’t look like the one I thought I’d booked on Expedia. Very old and worn but sheets bathrooms and kitchen were nice and clean.

We absolutely loved the amazing and relaxing ocean views. However, the property conditions were very disappointing. The furniture such as sofas, seats, cushions are terribly worn, dirty and uncomfortable. The bed mattress was worn down and uncomfortable. Most bed sheets had blood and dirt stains on them!!! Thick layers of dust on fans, floors, under the sofas, TV and most surfaces. Mold and dirt stains in the kitchen draws and bathrooms. We wanted a comfortable place to stay one week. It was very uncomfortable and disappointing.

Aircon didn't work decor is from the 70s

One bed Sheets had some stains, an ensuite shower had zero pressure if the units above showered , we had to use the main bathroom for a decent shower. Towel rack fell off & looked dodged on the wall. Ensuite shower also had hair in it. Toaster was so old a rusty looking, overall though wasn’t to bad of a place for 4 nights. Designated parking always had someone in my parking spot! I had to search for another was frustrating. Staff and receptionist very friendly and kind. Broadbeach was beautiful. Unit could do with a lil tlc as its prime location with stunning views.

Amazing views! Incredible location! The perfect position between the beach, the shops and the restaurants. Facilities are great! Will definitely back!

Great spot to stay in! Close to everything and wonderful beach views. We stayed when there was a lot of rain so the apartment felt damp at times, but that's likely just the weather.

Love the area and the convenience. The hotel itself is great and. The room furniture and room was a little bit of a let down being a superior room. Our last stay we went standard and the room was in better condition etc. But it was still a nice stay. Will still stay again.
