Everything was nice. I did not like the fact you have to pay for breakfast separately.

Booked two hotel rooms for a coworker and I. Our flight landed in Alabama at 11pm, we show up to realize they canceled our other room and put us in a room with two beds. Without any notice or heads up. Then told me it was my fault some how? Very rude and un professional.

Staff was awesome and helped out a lot. Thank you guys again.

Bed was soooo comfortable !!!

When we arrived and got our keys we went upstairs and the keycards were inactive. This happened the entire two days. Due to not having the door do not disturb signs for the guest the maid came in while i was getting dressed The bathroom door made this loud sweaking sound and the door would not stay open. It would slam shut, so we had to use a towel to keep it propped open The last morning at 8a the maintenance man tried to get in the room, luckily the top lock was on the door, when my husband opened the door he said my bad i had the wrong room. We couldn't get back to sleep so it ruined our morning. Overall this was not a pleasant stay. We've stayed in holiday inns many times and had no issues but this is making me question my next reservation. Someone should be in touch with my husband.
