Spacious room and an attentive staff who were always professional in their interactions. Restaurant was excellent, breakfast buffet with omelet station and plenty of options to choose from. I felt like I was on a cruise always looking forward to breakfast. If ever back in Panama I will stop by again.

Gym basic ok, seat pool too old, menu breakfast repetitive every single day scramble eggs and sausagge, every day ham, no any other type of cold meat, need diversification. Overall a very good hotel, fair price value, I overstayed.

When we arrived they said we don’t have reservation. The front desk person was so upset because she was alone with a lot of customers waiting. Even though we got successfully the room, it was terrible. There was no hair dryer, security box not working, the floor was dirty, the door couldn’t open well, no face towels, etc. I sincerely do not recommend this hotel.

Location, good value, nice staff.

We didn’t get to stay at the hotel due to electricity problem in some floors. We were just shipped of to another less nicer hotel, without any apologies or compensation. And the other hotel had not gotten any info about it, so when we arrived, we had to stand in a long check-in cue. This whole thing took 1,5 hour and caused us to miss our dinner reservation. I think this was really bad service. The hotel was booked over a month in advance, so the least they could do was contact us in ahead of check-in date and send us directly to the new hotel so we hadn’t lost so much time. Will definitely not choose this hotel next trip to Panama.

O quarto é até bom. A equipe boa ; disponibilizaram café da manhã qdo tivemos que sair cedo para os passeios . Mas o que precisa melhorar é a academia . Não tem água ; ar condicionado desligado .
