Dish have breakfast

This was an emergency stop over for me as I needed a break and sleep. Mattress was not very comfortable at all the bedroom was tidy and clean. Breakfast choice was either McDonald’s or Costa heated sandwich …not exactly what I would class as a breakfast and being a motorway service station everything was excessively expensive as well. but as I said, this was an emergency night stay and it served its purpose perfectly for me.

Room was very clean, staff lovely but pretty noisy. Rooms aren’t soundproofed at all (you can hear people going to the toilet as well as doors in the corridor) and the gap under the door lets light in. Very cheap and cheerful for an overnight stay. Wasn’t my worst night sleep ever but have slept better.

Basic hotel which is fine for the price but the whole hallway smelt musty and strange and the room also had a damp/cabbage smell. Which meant all our coats and clothes smelt too and we only stayed for 1 night. The staff were friendly though. Hotel needs updating.

The hotel was in a very convenient location, the room was warm and comfortable, and the shower was good.

Ross, on reception, was exceptionally professional

We were looking for something cheap and cheerful and Days Inn seemed to fit the bill. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely member of staff on reception (unfortunately didn’t get him name ☹️), he couldn’t do enough for us! Room was clean, quiet and comfy bed. Great value for money!

Bed was awful, too close the wall and very soft. 2am our door was rattled and someone had tried to enter via keys. Didn’t feel safe during our stay. Was very uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to cut our trip short to leave

Very basic - barebones - you don't even get breakfast you get a voucher for nearby poor food in services so I just find somewhere else to eat. Basic rooms, very soft beds which isn't great for back, but at least working Wi-Fi and shower, even if the temperature tap is a bit hard to get right. But it was barely £30-£35 a night so you get what you paid for, at that money it does the job fine, you expect literally just a bed to sleep in. However the walls are WAFER THIN! You can hear everything nearby, including couples rabbiting on and having sex........yes I'm not kidding.
