The room was great, was an excellent experience all around. Top marks to the reception staff for check in. They happened to recognize I had stayed previously and have me set back up as a preferred member. 5/5 would stay again

I stayed at this hotel for three days. The entire time, the pool was closed. When I booked my stay in advance, there was no information on the app mentioning that the pool would be closed. I choose this hotel over others, because of the pool, since I enjoy swimming as exercise. The hotel was full of hockey kids who were running around without parental supervision. They were so loud! The breakfast was good, with a variety of food, but wasn't worth $50 for 2 people. Disappointed.

For not requesting an accessible room it was disappointing to be given one. With intentions to take a long soak in the tub and to end up in a room with no tub was not allowing me to do what I wanted.
