Oceanfront with wonderful views

Beautiful site. Nice size room, very clean. Balcony was wonderful and very clean as well!

The staff was very kind. So kind in fact that we didn’t want to complain about the fact that our AC didn’t work at midnight - which made for a long sleepless night where we also found out the beds were very uncomfortable. Maybe it was just our room… Again, very nice staff, great shower and clean room.

The room was clean and spacious. The patio with the waterview was nice.

Nice location. Dirty room. Black grout. Mold. Nice balcony. Nice people.

Likes: central location, views of water, desk clerk, quiet. Dislikes; No elevator, no bathroom vanity for toiletries, broken toilet paper holder, toilet paper was like sandpaper, could not get TV to work, overpriced.

Beds were great! Lovely scenery from balcony. No extra toilet paper in room. Could have used directions for ice maker, but figured it out! Could hear walking in room above us.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered to help us bring our bags upstairs. They were always smiling. Good conversation. We found the room and the view to be very relaxing. We will definitely be back again. Thank you to all of the staff for making our 2 night getaway to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary so lovely.

Each room has a balcony that looks over the water . It is beautiful and you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. We did have a couple of issues- the chairs on our deck were both broken but they replaced them right away. There is no elevator to the upstairs rooms. We carried our bags upstairs but they do offer to carry them for you. Anyone with difficulty going up and down stairs needs to stay on the entry level floor (floor2).

Every room overlooks the ocean and has its own private patio (This is rare and we love it) Staff were warm and professional. A short walk to everything. Park your car and forget it 😎love that.

Newly renovated room - very clean with small balcony overlooking the water - very friendly and accommodating staff - enjoyed the indoor pool even though the water was cool it was refreshing on a hot day - would definitely stay here again

Staff were great but the property is a bit dated and so are the rooms. Great location and parking if great.

The property was well located with a beautiful view of the bay. Parking was convenient. We did point out a couple of areas that needed special cleaning attention - baseboards in the bathroom were dirty. The mirror and glass desktop in the room had been cleaned with the wrong cleaner and so were all smeared. The facility is under new management with new cleaning staff and we were assured that this would be corrected. We would be happy to stay there again.

Staff were efficient at doing theit best for the customers!!

Location is great but the hotel is a little dated.

Chambre très spacieuse, avec vue magnifique sur la mer. Très confortable, et propre. Belle salle de bains avec grande douche. Hôtel en plein centre ville à deux pas de tous les commerces, bars restaurants et activités. Accueil et service excellent. Personnel aimable et serviable.

The location is excellent and walkable to everything. The balcony view was wonderful! Nicely renovated bathroom. Friendly staff and coffee and donuts/yougurt every morning. Pool is not heated and very basic but still nice to have.
