Beautiful hotel.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Strom wurde umgehend behoben. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Besonders das Brot war lecker. Die Lage in der Nähe vom Hafen ist super. Von dort gelangt man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zur Kathedrale oder Quadro Canti. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man am Bahnhof. Auch das Zimmer war toll und gut gekühlt. Würde beim nächsten Besuch wiederkommen!

NH Collection Palermo was fantastic! Perfect location, welcoming and helpful staff, and a beautifully comfortable room. The only minor drawback was parking, but everything else more than made up for it. Highly recommend!

Overall, we had a nice stay. The staff was very warm & welcoming. We opted to stay in a Jr Suite, which was quite nice. And, unlike all of the other hotels we stayed in while visiting Palermo, this one has decent WiFi and exceptional air conditioning. My only complaint is that the gym and steam room are not currently operational, despite their website claiming otherwise. It is highly likely that we would stay here again, just wish they had an honest/accurate website.

This is a really lovely hotel in an amazing street in Palermo. It’s made up from three properties one of which was a monastery. The staff are really lovely the breakfast was excellent and the air conditioning was superb which was fabulous as the temperature was so high. We did the bus tour and visited the cathedral which was amazing. We also did the Mafia tour which was fascinating.

We had a three night stay in May 2025. Check in was easy and after a small glitch in the room we were immediately moved to another room on the same floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as a jumping off point. Only element missing might be a nice spot outdoors for an evening or happy hour beverage (rooftop or outside in front of the hotel).

great staff, great service, they take care about every detail, fancy and elegant rooms, perfect housekeeping, very good breakfast, breakfast service did a very good job, very friendly and helpful, reception service absolutely top, great people!

The hotel was excellent. It is located on a bust, dirty street which was quite loud well into the night 2am and later.

The hotel is very convenient for the historic centre of Palermo also an easy walk to Centrale rail station (we went on to Rome by train after our stay). Room was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable but slightly disorganised (had run out of knives at one point on both mornings and plates on one) but the setting, a room clearly part of the old palace with a high arched ceiling, also good coffee individually made, more than made up. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful particularly when we needed help finding the starting point of the free walking tour (fully recommended by the way). We would go back..

In zona ZTL, bagaglio non recuperato dal personale. Segnalato guasto alla cassaforte, dopo due giorni ancora non funzionante. Wifi praticamente inutile. Infissi da cambiare senza perdere tempo...

L’emplacement de l’établissement, la propreté de l’établissement, Le petit déjeuner simple avec des produits locaux et inclus , le personnel de la restauration, ainsi que dans les étages , très bonne qualité prix par rapport à l’offre , Belle salle de bain, grande douche ( voir à refaire les joints )

Emplacement top sur rue piétonne animée avec bars et restaurants. Chambre suite avec balcons très agréable; literie confortable. Petit déjeuner convenable. Bar de l hôtel impersonnel et cher. Très bon séjour
