Great Hotel for families of Airmen

Employees were very nice

Wonderful staff, cheerful, and friendly. The location could not be better for anyone visiting family at Wright Patterson Base.

This was a great place to stay! It was clean, the air conditioning was cold, water pressure was great. The beds did creek and make noise when you sat on them they were firm but soft. I was very nervous about this hotel and the price point of the rooms because lower priced hotels are always awful I read alot of reviews from hotels.com, Expedia and Google on all of the hotels this one shined through all my concerns every place i looked so i said why not! I am glad I did!!! Now the restaurant attached to the hotel I dont recommend we sat there for over 30 min to only get a menu to look at and it was pricey 17.99 for chicken strips .... we ended up leaving and going to uno dos tres it was excellent we walked in they seated us and we placed our order ate and back to the hotel in less than 45 min

Convenient to the Air Force Base and shopping. Very reasonably priced and the check-in staff member was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. I would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel. Great for anyone that has an Airman at Wright Patterson Base. Will have no hesitation to stay here again. Great breakfast at the attached Bar and Grill.

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The room included a king size bed, couch, coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer, and sample toiletries. I used the laundry facilities which were clean and in excellent working order. $3 to wash and $3 to dry. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. It was close to Hamvention and the Air Force Museum.

The place is well maintained but a bit worn. The food at the restaurant was good and reasonablly priced. It is in a sepratly fenced area on an Air Force Base so probably can't do better for safety (you don't have to go through security to get to it. It is open to the public)

Everything was great. Easy to find and easy to get to everything around the area. Check in was maybe the fastest and smoothest I’ve ever had. AC was the coldest and the beds gave us a great night sleep. Would highly recommend and would use again for sure

Always nice stay here at the hope hotel. Friendly staff and good food at the restaurant. The hotel is a little dated but very nice.

Was on 3rd floor, no warm water to shower. Let shower warm up for 10+ minutes, but still ice cold. Sink water piping hot though? Confusing water situation. Unable to shower on 2 night stay. :-(. Otherwise it was a liveable space and we got what we paid for. Could have used another table/sofa/ chair in large empty space. Not hotel's fault but there were 4-8 young men constantly lingering in lobby seating right by the front door making comments about female guests /attire and just putting off toxic/ negative vibes... But I guess that's what happens when you mix war games con with a sailor moon fashion / performance event. But if I had been traveling alone, would have made me feel VERY uncomfortable.

Did not clean my room. Did not fix tv for 27 hours after i called twice

Great overall experience for the price. Not the newest, cleanest but overall a great experience and great location to what we were in town for. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a pretty bad shape, water leaks throughout the hotel and a smell of dampness and water damage. The rooms definitely need an update, TV didnt work most of the time, the door lock would not work properly so had to make numerous trips to the front desk to het help. Staff was friendly and helpful and is pretty much the only good thing in this hotel. Fire alarm sounded off during the stay and i wasnt even aware of it as it did not work in the restaurant part of the hotel. The restaurant itself is decent but in my opinion could have several more options. Overall i do not think i will pick this hotel again.
