Great stay! So close to everything. The tennis court was grea as well as the fire pit with wood and marshmallows supplied! No noise issues for us at after dark. Had everything we needed. Stayed a week in April and will say again!

Tom the owner was very friendly and helpful. Parking at rear was great. Didn't use the pool, but looked very clean. Room was very clean. Overall excellent stay and experience.

Room Was clean. Its an older style place, but facilities are all there. Guest Kitchen was great. Only complaint is there was no fly/insect spray abd we had a huge spider in our room so had to get my flipflops and whack it one to kill it. But apart from that was a great stay. a very charming, tranquil place in a vintage maritime style. The outdoor area is beautiful and provides guests with a fully stocked guest kitchen, plenty of seating, a pool area and games. The in-house Italian restaurant is worth a visit and the food was great.

Ist ein altes, schönes Gebäude. Leider zieht es herein, wenn starker Wind herscht. Aussichtspunkt in der Nähe, sowie ein Leuchtturm.

Across the road form the beach, close to cafe and IGA. Everything at your fingertips :)

Room spotless

We’ve stayed at many beach accomodations, but this one stands out for its attention to detail. The place was spotless and the staff helpful Thank you

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, but the noise from the restaurant downstairs was unreasonable and made my stay not restful

The room was very small and the bed was not a full queen size. The condition of the furniture and fittings was also jaded and worn The hotel itself was grand and had character. I suspect other rooms were of higher quality especially those in the annex. This large hotel does not have a reception of any kind and everything is managed through web / phone- this went wrong in my case and I spent 40 minutes trying to find out where my room was. The whole experience just should be much better.

Staff were great, had things for the kids to do

It was good to have a restaurant in the guest house as the weather was very wet at times. It is also very close to shops and cafes.

Location is excellent, common kitchen and other amenities were generous, however the room was very dated especially bathroom; a little bit of update will make this property exceptional.

Very historic guesthouse opposite beach. Shared kitchen compound with all facilities.interesting old style guest lounges with interesting reading about the history of the building.supermarket and several eateries an easy walk. An interesting change from everyday motel.

Great place for older property very quite good for a last minute stay. Take own pillows.
