Extremely friendly and helpful staff, spacious and great rooms, clean, good air conditioning, and close to most of the places we wanted to see in Prague this time. We will be back ☺️

One of our group ended in hospital with appendicitis and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful in transport and engaging taxis, extending our stay and just being lovely people. Our suite was spacious and lovely to be in.

Fantastic staff, good breakfast with anything you need, super location, elevator was broken so they gave us an amazing room on main floor. Super clean, lots of local knowledge from staff and an option to book custom tours. Recommended highly.

The location is good and the staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good and coffee quality was just right. If you need parking they have a parking lot about 200 m walk that is about 59€ a night. Or you could leave your car on the street parking(at your own risk).This is to be expected in Prague, so no complaints there. We are a family of three, so the one bedroom apartment setup was more than enough space for us! The rooms match the city(charming), but are updated for modern expectations. The only complaints from my wife was the shower was a bit small. Very pleased and worth the money.

This has been the most pleasant stay I have had while in Prague (6 years coming to the city) for business as a solo traveler. Here for 2 weeks, the staff and accommodations top rate!. The breakfast delicious and varied, the reception team helpful, including business support for urgent documents to pdf and an umbrella to fight off a sudden rain storm. The cost /quality excellent. the opportunity to have a quasi home feel with the room and small kitchen area were appreciated after being away for a long period. I will not even think twice for a return stay. 5* experience!

The staff was great, helpful, friendly. The apartment was big, clean and functional. The madras in both bed and sofa bed is hard. The sofa bed has opensides to the mechanics and therfore not fit for small kids. The hotel is a bit dated but in my opinion well maintained we would happily there again.

Atención excelente. Las habitaciones amplias la cama es muy cómoda, las almohadas un poco altas para mi gusto pero es algo personal. La presión de la ducha excelente. Solo deberían mejorar un poco la variedad de frutas en el desayuno.

Tilava asunto, jossa keittiö, makuuhuone, olohuone, pieni parveke sekä erittäin iso kylpyhuone. Hyvä sijainti, liikkuminen ja palvelut lähellä, aamiainen hyvä.

Es war sehr erholsam, sehr netter Empfang und Personal auch sehr freundlich nur kann man nur empfehlen.
