Clean room nice staff

Clean room, great check in staff.

The area close to the property had camps with people, sleeping, in tents , not their fault but an unfortunate situation these days. The location is very central and I always found a good parking spot.

Nice hotel and room

Clean room except for the clogged tub. We were only there for two days so didn’t mention anything to staff except upon checking out. The area is very convenient for shopping and restaurants. Beds were a little uncomfortable and so were the pillows but overall it’s exactly what you’d expect. A 3 star hotel at a decent price

When I arrived I was upgraded to a suite at no extra cost.

Quick on night stay, fairly clean and quiet

Room was clean and very spacious. The front desk staff person was friendly and informative.

Rooms were big but the carpet was sticky and looked like it had not been cleaned in years

The rooms are well kept, the building itself is very well maintained and clean. The experience was fantastic!

The suite was excellent. Lots of space and very clean. The staff were wonderful. We will only use this hotel when we come to Abbotsford from now on. Thank you!

The hotel was nicely appointed and comfortable. The location was convenient and there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. The bistro across the parking lot gave a discount to hotel guests, served outstanding meals, and was never crowded

The carpet was sticky

Kitchenette was nice. Denny’s breakfast was delicious

We arrived early before check in time. The only room available was a room with full kitchen and living room which they gave us at the same price! Very nice! We were able to host visiting friends comfortably! I complained about a nonfunctional cordless kettle and a torn cushion cover, and they fixed both very promptly! Pleasant staff.

A perfect stay! The room was exceptional with a very well thought out floor plan and furniture placement. Plenty of electrical outlets. Attractive and comfortable furniture . The bed was very comfortable. The staff were just great - very warm and professional . We wish our every hotel stay could be as wonderful.
