Overall a great stay. The location was great for combining work and personal. Investment needed into air con for the rooms.

Was grand but when we arrived we were told restaurant was serving till 10pm and when we went in to restaurant at 9.01pm and we were told they were finished at 9pm Were very unaccommadating to even Offer us anything. No water in the room

I have stayed in this hotel more than 50 times. The staff are excellent as is the food. However they really need to address the issues with the shower pressure and temperature. Every time I stay I hear the same problems and colleagues also complain. The next time we stay, same problem. It is not acceptable for anyone to leave for work having not showered properly. The basin water is fine so clearly a problem elsewhere particularly on the higher floors.

Beautiful place, nice personnel, little bit rough on the edges, needs minor repairs, the strings on the bed where broken, so was the window lock. Easy to reach with bus from Coventry and Birmingham both

Receptionist on Saturday night was amazing he helped out so much.

Reception area looks nice and modern but the rooms are very dated

Good location of you’re visiting the NEC. Typical British hotel with poor breakfast choices and a hotel design that peaked in 1988. Many wonderful gastro pubs within a short drive. Good value, many worse options.

Lovely hotel, great staff. Fantastic food. Shame about all the single use plastics (milk pots/toiletries). Shower in room 307 is temperamental.

Lively comfortable room. Only downside was Indian tapas food ordered in the bar, was disappointing.

Excellent location for NEC.Comfortable, spacious room, plenty of storage, large bathroom. Evening menu had plenty of choice, staff were friendly and food was very good but service was really slow: 45 minute wait for main course alone. Would stay again though. Worth noting that hotel is in area with low speed limits and lots of average speed cameras !

Excellent hotel for stay before heading to airport for early flight. The staff, drinks and meal in bar and restaurant were also good value. Will stay again

Veldig flott hotell i klassisk britisk stil. Hyggelig betjening og stort rom. Veldig hundevennlig, men dyrt gebyr for å ha hund på rommet. Dyreste jeg har opplevd i Europa £30 per natt. Kort kjøretur fra NEC og gode parkeringsmuligheter. God frokost, men litt irriterende at man måtte betale ekstra hvis man ville ha en annen type kaffe enn vanlig svart kaffe. En annen ting jeg fant irriterende var at de støvsugde fellesarealene i tidsrommet når frokost og middag var, så man som gjest måtte tråkke over ledninger og "gå i veien" for dem som jobbet. Skulle ønske at dette ble gjort på mindre travle tidspunkt.
