Sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende. Gastgeberfamilie ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Grandiose Aussicht, tolle Außenanlagen. Schöne Jause am Nachmittag. Halbpension war gut, aber verbesserungsbedürftig. Speisen toll angerichtet, aber geschmacklich nicht immer so, wie es beschrieben war. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

The hotel was beautiful and in an incredible setting. The food was lovely, both for breakfast and dinner. The rooms were to a high standard as were the facilities. All I can say that I had an issue with was that there’s no air conditioning as well as no fans offered. Which meant that we did not sleep well because of the excessive heat, even with the balcony door open. I asked in regards to using a fan, but they said they didn’t have any. When it’s over 30+ degrees in the summer months I feel this is essential. I will now be checking for AC in all hotels in Germany, as it is not commonplace clearly in some hotels.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel, ein wenig außerhalb von Raischach, jeden Tag ein Shuttle Bus zur Ski Gondel. Schönes Schwimmbad mit Wellness Bereich. Freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal.

Our family had the best stay possible! The staff is amazing and the service is incredible. We want to return to this hotel because we had tried many hotels in the area in the past and this by far was the best. Thank you for the amazing service and for getting to know your guests.

The staff was so helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. The room was comfortable . The free shuttle to and from the Kronplatz ski resort was always on time and very convenient . Would stay here again.
