The location is excellent. The hotel is very well manteined. The staff recognized us as frequent users and gave us a discount on meals. The offer the buffet breakfast for an extra cost, but also they gave us the continental breakfast included (bread and coffee) wich was enough for us. The room is very well designed because every service is separeted with its own door, so you don´t have to wait for the other person to leave the bathroom in order to use it. We had a drink at the bar, wich was "bogo". The gin&tonic was delicious.

The room was clean and nice, the staff is very friendly, they have good food and parking

We stayed on the suite room, was huge we really enjoyed the jacuzzi and living room, dinning room. Staff beyond expectations. Everything in this hotel is 5 🌟

Ottima struttura e servizio di pulizia vicino al WTC. Ottima anche la colazione e la possibilità di prendere il metrobus per arrivare vicinissimo alla Basilica di NS di Guadalupe. Consigliato

El hotel tiene muy buena relación calidad/precio. Cumple con buen desayuno, camas cómodas, y el personal muy atento.

Menu corto el desayuno continental cumple lo básico e incluido en precio de la habitación.

La alberca no se parece a las fotos, estaba sucia y helada. El personal del restaurante es bastante apático y poco atento. Las habitaciones tienen cierto olor a humedad

Una excelente opción para congresos en el WTC. Conveniente, moderno y con un excelente servicio. Volvería sin duda

Amazing staff and very clean hotel!! Everyone is soo nice!!

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location and easy walking distance to good restaurants. WiFi signal was weak in the room and the pool and hot tub needs renovation (looked more like a murky pond).
