I stayed at Woodstock Suites and Inn for one night, and unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. From the moment we arrived, the staff's attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. They were not courteous, and their appearance did not reflect the standards you would expect from a hospitality business. The room itself was unacceptable. There was a strong unpleasant odor as soon as we entered. Even worse, we found cockroaches in the room, which immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The bathroom was also in poor condition. The toilet and sink had clearly not been cleaned properly before our arrival, making us question whether the room had been sanitized at all. Although the condition of the room was completely unacceptable, we did not ask to change rooms because it was very late at night. We also believed that if this room was in such poor condition, the other rooms were likely to be similar. Instead, we stayed for the night and left extremely disappointed. Cleanliness and customer service are the minimum expectations for any hotel, and unfortunately this property failed on both. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Woodstock Suites and Inn to anyone. I sincerely hope management takes these issues seriously, improve its cleaning standards, and provide proper customer service training to its staff.

They still advertise breakfast included but there is no breakfast. The room is was placed in, did not have a working tv or bathroom outlet for the hair dryer

The room was adequate and worked fine and was definitely reasonably priced. The only disappointment was when booking the information on Hotels.com said breakfast was included, and there was no breakfast available.

Property was miss represented

My main reason for choosing this place was because it said breakfast included. They do not serve breakfast as advertised but its listed on bill as included with room. I didn't care about any of the other things listed for the property. It was clean and everything was in order otherwise.

Room is not good

DO NOT STAY HERE! The room was dirty, wallpaper was feeling off the walls, there was no parking, and no breakfast. We left the same day we checked in. We were told to contact Expedia for a refund and the manager would approve it. That was a lie! Expedia has not been able to reach the hotel. I’ve been waiting a month!

Do not stay here!! This place is filthy! No staff anywhere, no breakfast, no parking.

The "Woodstock Inn and Suites" are represented by Expedia. On the site, it says that there is a complimentary breakfast, but there was not any breakfast. The receptionist told us that they discontinued the complimentary breakfast, but that Expedia won't remove that from the listing. That was a disappointment. There was also confusion about available overnight parking. It took some time to figure out where we could park. Eventually the receptionist provided us with a parking pass. Otherwise, the room had a fridge, microwave oven, and coffee maker. All in working condition.

Liked the fact owner gave us a reduced price. Super quiet. Room was strangest layout ever. Opened door to see small single bed dead ahead and then in another totally different room to the left, a huge queen bad. Four people in room, we were given tow bath towels. Asked for more, got hand towels. Breakfast was to be included, not available. No parking lot, had to park on street.

You know what, it did the job and was affordable. Parking was also very convenient. The floors were pretty dirty and the light switch plates were cracked or popping off. The air conditioning was really good. The toilet would only stop running if you flushed it twice. Oh, and the fridge did not work but the freezer sort of did (almost like a fridge that was a bit too cold). Also, it says breakfast on the booking, but there is no breakfast. Honestly though, I don’t think I would eat here. The hallway was also really sketchy… stained carpets and a differently scented plugin air freshener every five feet… it was a little gag inducing. You could also smell the 40 years of stale smoke in the walls. That said, the people working here were very nice and as mentioned, it was very affordable. Don’t think I would go back, but it might do the job if you were in a pinch.

The room was dark and dingy. There was water damage and a hole in the wall. It was in need of caulking around the tub and a good cleaning. The bedding was old and worn, the bed sheets had holes in them. I did not stay, I went to another motel for the night. I would not recommend this hotel.

If you are looking for somewhere in Woodstock just to sleep this works. Very outdated hotel. Room/bathroom were somewhat clean. Bed was clean but with lumpiest pillows I have ever seen in a hotel and the dingiest towels. The Tv did not work and though there was a coffee maker there was no coffee sugar or creamer. It was advertised with breakfast but there was no breakfast available. No on site parking is available. Will not stay here again.

This property needs some TLC. The carpet on the stairs is old and badly stained. The water pressure for the bathroom sink was barely a dribble. I don't know when the toilet was last cleaned. I had an issue with my key card but the staff and I worked it out. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow when it did work. Even for the price, I am certain that I will not return.

The motel is OK, it's a clean bed and shower. There's no coffee, or any kind of breakfast. It's just a good location for us.

Wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel. No breakfast even though Expedia continues to advertise it. No showerhead in the bathroom. Just a stream of water like from a hose. Linens looked dirty. Not a bad location and staff were friendly enough but language was a bit of a barrier

This place lied about breakfast The bathroom was nasty The floor is uneven and causes the bed to teeter totter (wink wink! Very loud) There was screaming at 3 am and racist stuff being yelled. Something broke
