Wir hatten ein kostenloses Upgrade. Wahrscheinlich weil der Rest ausgebucht war Das Essen war abwechslungsreich. Leider war es sehr laut durch Zuviele Kinder

The hotel is good. They claim to be five star but in my opinion unfortunately it's three or three and a half. They are not aiming at high quality - they have potential for so much more. Good: pool, gym, sport options, beach, room size, friendly reception staff, some restaurant staff was also really nice, lots of beach chairs. Ok: food (lacking flavor a bit but otherwise ok), cleaning (that varied a lot - one day it was excellent, the next they just mopped in middle of the floor and took away our beach towels without replacing them). Not so good: drink selection - the sodas from the tap were local brand, the wines from the tap absolutely horrible (=undrinkable and I am not a wine-snob). The bathroom floor was done in the wrong way: water ran the wrong way and stayed at the other end rather than going in the drain. Really noisy restaurants: if they would invest in table cloths, it would make a huge difference. But apparently they want to keep all the costs as low as possible. It seemed like some of the restaurant staff were in such a role for the first time whereas others were excellent. No one seemed to care about feedback. This was the first time in an all inclusive when I drank zero glasses of wine due to the taste of it. The location is beautiful but it's not the easiest to get to - in April the last bus from Chania leaves already at 14.30!

The resort is great for families with babies OR kids 4+ years. It was a huge disappointment for us that our daughter who turns 4 in two months couldn’t attend any of the kids’ club activities, even if we would’ve stayed with her. So there was not much to do, considering we visited in April when only the indoor pool was heated (mildly, still cold in my opinion) and she couldn’t spend time in any of the kids’ pools outside. There’s a small playground, which is nice and a babies’ play room, which is good for 1-2 years old. The kids’ mini disco saved the days for our daughter and she truly enjoyed dancing with other kids! The rooms are nice and the hotel premises altogether are well kept. The buffet has good Greek delicacies but after few days you start to miss something else. The breakfast is superb! I’m pregnant and to my big disappointment the spa had no experience in setting a spa bed for someone in her last trimester. I can’t lay on my back anymore, but there was no pillows, only few towels put under my back. Very uncomfortable 60min laying and wasn’t able to relax and enjoy the facial. At least in Finland, it’s common knowledge in spas that laying on one’s back in late pregnancy is not a good idea and I did inform them about this before my treatment. All in all, I think the resort is nice for a family who likes all-inclusive. This trip taught me that it’s not my thing, but it’s not the fault of the resort, only my personal opinion. I’ll return to boutique hotels. :)

Barnevennlig og meget hyggelig hotell. Blid betjening som var meget servicevennlig. Flotte bassengområdet med underholdning og treningsopplegg. Fine og oversiktlige barnebasseng. Masse solsenger. Du finner alltid en ledig solseng. Nydelig mat. Renslig og ryddige områder.

Good - nice room. Indoor pool, Bad - entertainment was awful and no effort put in. Food not labelled so never know what you are eating. Tables at dinner never cleaned. Ants in room. All inclusive drinks were horrible. Spirtis tasted like paint stripper ! Taxi to old town is 28 Euros each way.

Great for kids! Good food and helpful staff.

Das Personal war freundlich und sehr bemüht, Wünsche zu erfüllen! Die Schwimmmöglichkeiten waren toll! Das Zimmer war sauber und schön! Der Speisesaal war insgesamt sehr laut und unpersönlich. Die Auswahl und die Qualität der Speisen war in Ordnung, wir hätten uns aber mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Wenn man 12 Tage dort speist, ist man die Wiederholung irgendwann leid. Es gab jedoch immer genug.

Uudehko ja siisti hotelli. Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä ja ruoka oli hyvää. Ihanteellinen hotelli lapsiperheille, mutta ilman lapsia matkustaville hieman liian meluisa erityisesti ruokailuissa.

We stayed in the new section and our room was beautiful but definitely had a small of drainage issues. Large indoor heated pool which was empty and a well equipped gym. Food was average to good but lacked signage. Beach bar lacked higher end cleanliness and put me off and poor welcome from reception staff on arrival. Reviewed given this is meant to be a 5 star resort. Definitely walk up along the beach where it opens up and is just beautiful.....a hidden gem the river merges into the sea

Stort och fint hotell med flera restauranger att välja på. Barnklubben var riktigt usel dock med personal som såg ut att längta därifrån. Barn kutade runt och lekte våldsamt medan personalen mest satt och tittade i sina telefoner. Hade aldrig lämnat mitt barn själv med ”ledarna” Samma personal hade minidisco varje kväll vilket var plågsamt dåligt med noll inspiration från deras sida. De gjorde inga större försök att få med barnen eller engagera sig. Samma danser och låtar varje kväll.. jag förstår att dem var uttråkade.

I had a wonderful time at this all inclusive resort. I was here for my birthday. The staff decorated my room when I was at lunch, and then made me a cake for after dinner. Wonderful staff. Good choices at meal times, but a little sparse at the snack bars. I got a Cretan massage at the health spa and really enjoyed it. The room was very clean, as were the grounds in general. Beautiful big pools. The magic show by Magic Chris on Friday night was excellent. Great fun for kids and adults. Highly recommended.

Very enjoyable stay at Kiani beach resort. Rooms are a good size, surroundings are beautiful- mountains one side and sea the other. Dining options in the resort are very good! Lots of lovely options and plenty of Greek qui sine. Drinks are a little disappointing. Would be good to have more fresh juices and non alcoholic options. The beach is lovely - Sandy and wonderful crystal clear waters for swimming. The indoor pools are also very lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed 5 nights in a superior massionette room in the newer part of the hotel. The hotel was generally good. The room was spacious and nice. Our safe was left locked by the previous people and our showers did not drain. One leaked all over the floor. The other kept water in the bottom basin which actually caused the shower door to not open, you were a prisoner in the shower for some time after shower. The pool areas and beach were nice. The food was all buffet but was pretty good overall. The biggest thing we didn’t like was the all inclusive drink options were absolutely terrible. The wine was not drinkable, really bad, The beer was fine. The cocktails were a short list of 5 or so unless you paid extra. Almost no kid drink options besides pop and a few juice. Overall it was good. If you’re going there to enjoy some drinks by the pool you may enjoy the pool but you won’t like the drinks.

The AC did not work, so we had to sleep in +30° for a week despite complaining three times, the first time after the second night. I was told I was going to get a reply on the last day of my stay if they could offer part of the price as a refund, it it took me maybe ten emails, a bad review and even a job application before someone replied and told me that they didn’t want to help me. Not even close to a five star experience. Avoid this place and find someone who cares about their reputation and their customers.

Sehr schön ist der neueste Teil der Hotelanlage, auch das Restaurant dort hat ein tolles Ambiente. Die Zimmer mit eigenem Pool sind geräumig, modern und einfach ein Traum. Leider ist der alte Teil des Hotels schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und der Strandbereich könnte neuen Liegen dringend benötigen. Hier besteht wirklich Bedarf. Das Meer an der Anlage ist ein Traum!

La struttura è davvero confortevole. È composta da tre plessi distinti: il primo attaccato alla spiaggia, il secondo alle sue spalle in cui si trova la piscina grande e il terzo (più nuovo) un po' più distante, composto principalmente di camere con piscina privata. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nel primo, che risulta il più comodo per chi preferisce andare al mare. Ottima la formula all-inclusive, con ristoranti (tre) molto assortiti e con prodotti di discreta qualità. La proposta è molto simile nel complesso, ma variano le portate principali cucinate al momento. Quello della struttura più distante dal mare propone una pizza "mangiabile", anche per gli standard italiani. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante a pagamento presente sul terrazzo del secondo complesso. Le camere sono belle e molto pulite. La nostra camera 4109 aveva l'accesso diretto al bar della spiaggia, molto comodo per i bambini che potevano uscire anche da soli per raggiungere l'area giochi esterna, restando sotto il nostro sguardo vigile. Unica nota sotto la sufficienza è stata l'animazione, quasi inesistente per gli adulti e piuttosto scarsa per i bambini. Nel complesso una struttura molto bella, che conquisterebbe ancora più valore se migliorasse la gestione dei ragazzi, lasciando i genitori un po' più liberi. La posizione è ottima, a circa 15 min dal centro di Chania. Bella la spiaggia privata, direttamente accessibile (a meno di 50 metri) dalle camere. Ci sono la Spa, due palestre, padel, tennis e sala giochi

Stayed for all inclusive family holiday. Initially thought lunch starting at 1pm was a little late for family with small children but we got used to it soon. Good facility and the room pool made a massive difference to us. Beach is in a good walking distance in the summer heat, too.

A family of 4 with two kids under 7 years enjoyed the stay - we are definitely coming back to this amazing place!
