AC Smelled so turned off. Stains on drapes beds hard No elevators load music Didn’t stay the second night. Checked out next day

El hotel esta en remodelacion en el piso de abajo pero aun asi todo esta muy limpio y los precios son accesibles. lo unico malo es que no tienen elevador pero es entendible por el precio. todo el personal es amable. no pude ir al bar pero se ve buen ambiente. la mayoria son personas tranquilas.

Basic, minimal but comfortable. Lots of construction in area means lots of debris in the area. Beautiful location. A good budget option for Rocky Point travelers,

Rooms are basic but very clean. Mattresses need to be updated but we’re still ok. Rooms were cleaned every day! Maid service was fantastic. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Flat screen TVs with cable. Not smart TVs so expect Spanish only cable. No way to hook into your Netflix or whatever. All in all, this was a good stay especially for the cost!

They are hosting the mexican police there for months they have about 15 trucks parked and meetings blocking the parking lot. They start getting up at 5- 6am making alot of noise comings up and down the rooms like its a boot camp. Couldn't sleep at all.. hated it there will never go back.

Heat worked fine, if you are looking for an affordable option this place might be a good choice.

Hair on the pillows of never been changed since the 70s I’m guessing could feel every spring on the mattress probably from an earlier era…however the water pressure was great

Necesitan actualizar las fotos que tienen en la aplicación no se parece nada, toallas muy viejas en las habitaciones, igual los que usan en la camas muy viejas, el precio está bien pero e rentado otras parte de sonora al mismo precio o igual pero en muy buenas condiciones lo que estoy mencionando.

Room was dirty, cover and sheets were dirty, lots of hair on sheets, looks like never change sheets from last customer.

The only negatives were that we couldn’t get a room on the second floor. My wife has mobility issues and they couldn’t accommodate our request so it was difficult for her to go up and down the stairs. Also our room did not have working lights in the room (ie table/pole lamp. We would still stay here again because of the atmosphere and staff.

I almost didn’t book after reading some of the other reviews, but glad I did. This exceeded my expectations. It is weathered, but has character. Old, but clean. I felt very comfortable and safe. Easy walk to the beach. Everyone is super friendly. Great value for the price.
