The gym space needs attention. The front desk attendant didn´t allow us to stay two hours longer. She argued that the hotel was full. And it wasn´t. The other aspects are very good. It is in a central location, it´s clean, and there is a lot of space in the room. The bathroom is also good. The park space is near the hotel and free of charge. Overall, it was a good stay.

hotel location is central with many dining options to choose from. this hotel would have been a 5 star for me if not for the room i was assigned which was next to the stairs and children playing room. breakfast is above average.

This hotel is perfectly situated in downtown Puerto Iguazú, across from the bus terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful and the onsite restaurant was excellent, as was breakfast.

Una experiencia excelente... solo para tener en cuenta en temporada alta en las habitaciones que dan a las calles se siente el bullicio hasta altas horas por la zona de restaurantes y bares.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and area were clean. Breakfast had a lot of variety. My only complaint is that the smoking area is right outside the lobby doors, which typically remain open. There were nice seating areas in the lobby and café area but I could smell the cigarette smoke inside, so did not utilize the public areas much. I could even smell it at the pool tables right next to the lobby. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel in the middle of town, right next to the bus station.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location is a 10 min walk to the main street, which is full of great restaurants and bars. It takes 20-25 min to reach the national park by Uber and 20 min walk to border with Brazil (where you can get an Uber from the Duty Free to the Brazilian side of the falls.

Quarto amplo e confortável ,chuveiro com pressão ,café da manhã bem variado ,estacionamento gratuito ,roupas de camas bem brancas ,banheiro bem espaçoso .

Gostamos bastante, quarto amplo, funcionarios prestativos, area de lazer muito boa, café da manhã mto bom, hotel bem central, dá para fazer muita coisa a pé. A unica questao q nao agradou foi a banheira privativa, que por ser mais antiga nao estimulou o seu uso.

Quarto limpo e amplo, funcionários atenciosos no check in, café da manhã complicado, muita gente e muito bagunçado.

O quarto e banheiro apartamento 414 já precisam de uma reforma armários antigos com portas pesadas e o banheiro antigo, inclusive a hidromassagem, no mais o hotel bem agradável, ótimo café da manhã, localização excelente, fácil acesso a tudo
