We booked for one night, and were looking forward to using the spa facilities. When we arrived, we were told that they were shut for refurbishment. Apparently, this work has been going on for some time. I was told an email had been sent out. I did not receive any email. The hotel has a duty to let people know such things, so they have a choice of changing their plans. I noticed a lot of unhappy people that weekend. They are not afraid to charge top prices, and yet offer very little in return.

The rooms were nice , the food in restaurant expensive and poor quality

Great. Gym is very loud in the mornings.

Charging for coffee with breakfast that’s otherwise included was odd and annoying.

From arrival and after paying over €220 for B&B for 1 night, everything about this hotel was 2-3 star at best.

Food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Only issue was room temperature was too warm and we couldn’t get the heat turned off. Staff did try to resolve issue. They were helpful; brought us a fan, which helped.

Very clean and a little dated.Old USB outlets and one electrical outlet in the room. Breakfast was very basic and underwhelming. Staff was great and bar/restaurant was a 7 out of 10

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Hotel had a number of seating areas for a quiet space to read a book! We would return again.

Lovely staff. Food really good in the bar. Room very spacious even though I booked a single and bed very comfortable. Easy carparking. Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. Was travelling on my room and the choice of TV channels was limited. Swimming pool excellent size so you can do some proper lane swimming

Bonito hotel en todos los sentidos menos en la ubicación de la habitación estando, pared con pared con uno de los ascendores donde antes de dormir y a partir de las 6 h no ha parado de funcionar con un estrepidante ruido cada vez q se ponía en marcha. Es el q comunica con la zona de gimnasio, piscina y otros. Lo he comentado en la salida en recepción aunque no se si habrán tomado nota. Realmente el hotel está en una zona muy interesante y volvería a repetir pero NO EN LA HABITACIÓN 226 Y OTRAS CON MISMA UBICACIÓN DE OTRAS PLANTAS

Great hotel, very friendly staff and rooms were very clean. Could just do with updating decor.

We spent 2 nights here and had dinner on two nights we were 2 adulfs and two kids the facilities the rooms and the staff were excellent i would give this hotel 10 out of 10 and will definitely be back again

No air conditioning Same breakfast every am Very clean and even provided us with a fan Great bar and restaurant!!
