Helpfull, friendly staff.

We had an excellent stay as always. Great room. Great facilities. Great food at Epoch and the lobby cafe! Always consistent!

Amazing hotel with everything you need. 2 restaurants and a coffee shop if you just want a snack. The staff were top notch. Friendly, professional and on top of everything. Beautifully located in Toronto. It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

The concierge club lounge is my favorite!

Loved the hotel and city!

Everything and everyone were perfection. The couples massage staff were amazing . The concierge staff in the Club lounge were attentive and discreet. Max and Priscilla were helpful and gracious making our stay eventful. The celebratory atmosphere was over the top for our 45th anniversary, all week. The rooms were spotless and beautifully appointed. The entire Ritz Carlton staff are to be commended.

Staff in the spa were lovely, spa itself was looking a bit tired, and could use an update/refresh

I wish the phones weren't so loud when they rang

We have stayed at many 5 star hotels and we were not impressed when we walked in and the lobby did not smell clean. Usually hotels of this price range will have a beautiful scent throughout their property, this was not the case here. There was no pleasant scent anywhere in the building. Also, there was no fridge in the room, we had to pay $25 more to have one brought up. There’s no snack/drink/essentials shop available on site. The staff was great, but other than that Le Westin in Montreal, which is where we were coming from, surpassed this Ritz Carlton by a lot.

The staff were extremely hospitable and we loved our stay at this location!

Room was nice, staff was perfect, bar cocktails were perfect, Italian restaurant and bar food was okay, but not great.

The staff was not accommodating to our needs.

Priscilla and Olga in the club lounge are absolutely fabulous
