Great location in the town centre, room was clean and well maintained, the hotel generally was in good condition. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Enjoyed my stay.

Nice clean room, very helpful staff and great location for the abbey and the Alhambra. Breakfast good as well. The only thing that would have made it better was air con as it was a hot day, but that isn’t something needed very often in Scotland, and it became bearable overnight with the windows open

Overall it's okay, but the room was hot and very noisy on Saturday night The breakfast was okay, but nothing to shout about and very limited for gluten free items The location ideal for the centre

Clean hotel, friendly staff and great location. However, our particular room was internal and unfortunately only had a tiny window in the top corner of the room which provided no airflow. No takeaway allowed in the hotel room which is something I’ve never seen before. Perfectly fine for a short stay.

Breakfast was very good. Hot sitting back where the toaster is. Staff was all helpful and friendly. Secured place. Room was clean. Was hot inside due to no AC. Bar was good drinks.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. The property was clean and bar/restaurant inviting. The only issue is parking, There are only 4 or 5 free car spots, Plenty of paid parking at the rear.

Honest review! So, my client actually booked this for a court case in which I was representing. She had emailed saying I needed a ground floor room. I arrived in the evening to be told they had no ground floor rooms and there was a flight of stairs. As a wheelchair user this. left me in a very difficult position, I can mobilise a little but with great effort and great pain. I had little choice but to stay. The receptionist told me that they'd looked for a phone number to let me know but couldn't find one. They'd managed to send 2 welcome emails which I appreciate are pre generated but the point being they had my email address, had seen my request and had failed to let me know leaving me in a difficult position. Having to leave my chair downstairs I asked if they could charge it up and was advised the night porter would drive it to a plug point and charge it for me. At 4am I woke up and went down to check on my chair, I was surprised to see it still where I'd left it and asked the night porter if he had charged it, he said he had and had put it back. I was sceptical but decided to take his word for it....I shouldn't have done because en route to my destination the battery went. A full charge lasts me around 10 miles so less than a mile it stopping meaning it had not been charged. The room was comfortable enough, the breakfast great, staff generally okay but communication sucks and really led to me being pretty unwell right now as my body can take weeks to recover

Great location. Meals excellent. Coming from the tropics blackout curtains would help with summer light.

Hotels room was clean and comfortable all being a bit small booked an executive room which was pretty small and had to stand in corner with sink to close the door to use the toilet

The room accommodation was excellent and. comfortably warm. Excellent and enjoyable breakfast with enough choice part buffet and served hot food from efficient and friendly staff.

Absolute belter of a hotel. Amazing start to finish. Excellent check in and check out, called taxis for us when needed, wonderful breakfast, super comfortable beds, modern, pristine bathrooms, extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

아침 식사는 맛있고 만족스러웠습니다. 방에서 음식을 가져와서 먹을수없는게 불편했고, 주차장이 있다했는데 몇자리 되지도 않는데 직원들이 선점 을 해서 물론 비싸진 않지만 뒷편의 공공주차장에 주차를 해야했습니다. 그래도 편안한 숙소 였습니다.

Nice hotel in convenient location. Only problem was the fact I received an email 24 hours before arrival saying it may be noisy as the had karaoke on Saturday nights. I asked for a quiet room but on arrival was told this would cost £100.

Room was awful, very bad mattress, bed sheet was filthy, not fit for purpose

Great central Hotel, near everything and a great coffee shop type area. Room was really spacious and clean. Beds comfortable and plenty towels. I would say not great for a disabled person. Lots of stairs but the Hotel has a night life too in the lounge bar area, had a DJ. I would come back as it was handy for the shops and restaurant's. Reception staff were very helpful, after reading reviews I was worried as a few people were very negative online but we didn't see anything to deserve those comments.

Very convenient location and the rooms were very nice.

Clean and basic room despite being called king executive. Not enough room to open a suitcase on the floor. Toilet didn’t flush very well. Breakfast on day 1 was 10/10. However not so good next day but there was an advert for a chef!
