We had an amazing stay at Paloma Grida and would absolutely come back again. The hotel offers the perfect balance between a relaxing romantic getaway and a comfortable family-friendly atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful sea view that made every morning special. Waking up to the sound of the sea and watching the sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights of the trip. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and very fast whenever we needed anything. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The amenities were excellent — the pools were clean and spacious, the beach and sea were beautiful, and there was always something to do during the day. We especially enjoyed the gym and yoga classes, which added a relaxing and healthy touch to the vacation. The food was another standout point. There was a wide variety of delicious options every day, and everything was fresh and well prepared. Overall, Paloma Grida exceeded our expectations in every way. Exceptional service from all the staff. Our son is on the spectrum and the hotel manager organised a very late check out for us as our flight was later in the evening. The food, room and facilities could not have been better. All in all a fantastic stay.

Premium lagoon suite amazing! VIP service was disappointing though, no cafe food service for suites, wine and fruit didn’t arrive until I asked, pool towels not provided last day. Nice hotel overall with good food options, highly recommend lagoon suites. Pools cold but expected due to time of year. Good waterpark.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in einem stilvollen, modernen Hotel. Freundlicher Service, leckeres Essen und der direkte Strandzugang haben uns besonders gefallen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Stylisches Hotel mit sehr schönen Deko Details. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Leider gibt es aber große Defizite im Bereich Service und der Willkommenskultur, die man in der Türkei so kennt. Bei Ankunft wurde uns der Weg zur Unterkunft beschrieben und los. Das machen andere Hotels nicht so! Die Mitarbeiter an der Bar haben sich teilweise geweigert Cocktails ohne Alkohol zuzubereiten oder es gab ewig Diskussionen. Bestellungen wurden falsch aufgenommen oder garnicht serviert. Das Personal war unaufmerksam. Es gab im Pool zwar Wirlpooldüsen, sie wurden aber nie angestellt. Duschen waren undicht, jedes Mal nach dem duschen gab es eine ekelhafte Überschwemmung im Bad.Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht nochmal besuchen, zumal das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt.

Sauberkeit und Personal top. Lagunenzimmer schön und groß, aber wenn direkter Poolzugang gibt es unzureichend Möglichkeiten, um die nassen Klamotten und Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Hotel modern. Essen ok, aber wenig Gemüse und beim Frühstück keine Samen und Nüsse. Ansonsten weitläufige Anlage und empfehlenswert. Werden wiederkommen.

Amazing place, foods amazing, so many choice, nice drinks specially zomm bar and 18 beach bar. People friendly and nice customer service

Det var en dårlig oplevelser, rengøring service var rigtige dårligt. Deres reception var virklige dårligt, personale smiller ikke. Der var myrer i værelset. Glemte håndklæder 3 dage i træk.. Deres badeværelser var dårligt.

Odalar eski ve çok çok kalabalık bir otel. Daha önce 2 kez Paloma Forestaya gitmiştik, oradan çok memnun kalıp bu sefer de Gridayı deneyelim dedik ama hiç ilgisi yok Forestayla. Personel çok ilgili, müşteri memnuniyeti için çok çabalıyorlar. Mesela Alacarte restoranlardan Safrana gittik, vantilatör çalışmıyordu, personel çok ilgiliydi ama 39 derecede yemek yemek zorunda kaldık. Sorduğumuzda bir süredir vantilatörlerin sorunu olduğunu söylediler ama yönetim sanırım bu tip konuları çok da önemsemiyor. Odaların acilen yenilenmesi gerekiyor, bu otele hiç yakışmıyor. Genel olarak yemekler güzeldi ancak restoranlar aşırı kalabalıktı. Ana Restaurantta insanlar masa kapmak için uğraşıyordu ve ayakta masa bekleyen oluyordu. Otelin her yeri çok çok kalabalık ve çok fazla çocuk olan bir otel. Deniz mavi bayraklı ama çok dalgalı, dalgayla özellikle bazı saatlerde çok pis oluyor.
