Muy buen servicio en general, muy lento el servicio del restaurante, pero si llevas tiempo no es un impedimento.

El hotel es hermoso, con mucha historia y secretos por descubrir que hasta tienen tour para mostrarte zonas que no imaginabas que existían. La habitación es muy cómoda, con aire acondicionado, el baño todo funciona bien y no se escucha ruido por las noches. El personal super amable en todo momento, si bien no tiene estacionamiento hay valet y suele ser ágil el proceso de entrega recepción de tu auto.

Un hotel único.... Es una experiencia cultural hospedarse aqui.....

We had the most magical experience at this hotel. The environment is historic and beautiful. The staff was so attentive, and the breakfast was perfect in the morning. There was valet parking when we arrived and an elevator to our room. The location is great for walking to the downtown. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.

First, the establishment is beautiful. Ask for a tour, it will be one visual "wow" experience after another. Second, the staff is so helpful, friendly and competent. The rooms are furnished with high quality antiques that function as well as modern pieces.
