The room was a little stuffy and smelled funky when we first arrived. We turned the A/C down and bit and got air circulating and that quickly solved that problem. It would have been nice if the bathroom had a fan because it got steamy quickly and made getting ready difficult. Other than that our stay was clean, quiet, and easy to get to from the interstate.

We would stay here again.

Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed.

Beds not very comfortable, good pillows though. Toilet paper worse than rest area's. Day desk person very nice. nighttime one not so good. Very clean. Pretty extensive breakfast. In the middle of the night a greeting went on and turned on our TV. Hampton replied that it was to go on no time after noon. Also no resource book in the room-a sticker on a mirror to scan QR code. Any idea that older people can mainly afford their prices even with Hotels.com. Many of us have flip phones. Fire the youngsters in charge and get some real manaagement.

I had to ask to be moved. My initial room was the size of a college dorm closet and they tried to pass-off a full size bed as a queen. The next room was much better but furniture placement seemed amateurish. I normally stay at hamton inns and have rarely encountered such oddities

Was pleased with everything from the check in to the room, the pool & hot tub were nice. Didn’t go down for breakfast, slept in. Was a wonderful stay!

Nice place

The hotel was overbooked on cranfest weekend. Multiple guests thought they booked double queen rooms to end up with 1 king bed. The handicap accessible room I also booked had broken grab bars in the shower. Very disappointed in such a good hotel.

Took a long time to get help at check in there was a cleaning person in the area. She did not get anybody to help. No bell to ring.

Check-in was quick and easy; room and bathroom were both large. Breakfast was good. Pool and jacuzzi were good. Price was reasonable.

Property was clean, nice, well appointed. Free breakfast, very good!

Place was nice. Staff a bit snippy.
