Très bon hôtel, confortable avec grande chambre.

Me encantó la amabilidad y atenciones del personal, por otra parte la ubicación y limpieza fue excelente, habitación amplia, la recomiendo ampliamente, aunque es un edificio viejo el elevador tiene su historia y está muy bonito. Gracias.

O quarto é bem amplo e o banheiro é bom. Fica uma pessoa na portaria do andar, pois o hotel é aquele padrão de ocupação de um andar em edificio residencial (muito comum na italia) você recebe chave para um portão de entrada, porta do andar e o elevador é daqueles antigos que precisa fechar as portas/grades. Não tem café da manhã, mas saindo é fácil encontrar um lugar. O Hotel está muito bem localizado, proximo a ao ponto do ônibus tipico de turismo, a menos de 1km da pizzaria de Michelli e a 3km da estação de trem. Tudo isso faz diferença, pois taxi e uber são caros. Foi muito prático, seguro e o recepcionista atendeu muito bem. Valeu a experiência.

This hotel is on the 5th floor of a building which has other business in it. It is a lovely building, marble floors. Lift is from the 1930s I think but feels safe. Could not get in, had a sit down on the stairs and someone came and opened the door. Double room, en suite overlooking the courtyard so very quiet. Bed comfortable. Staff are friendly and was able to leave my suitcase on the last day so I could explore more. Very close to restaurants, cafes, buses and metro. Nice walk down to the port and walkable to all the amazing churches. Easy for tours too as 2 stops to garabaldi station which most tours go from. Hop on and off passes the hotel too.

The hotel is in a brilliant location, the street is full of all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel is very clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is lovely, friendly and genuinely caring. It's value for money.

L'albergo è un passo dalla linea 1 della metro con la fermata Università, utile per qualsiasi spostamento. Ottima vista, e l'albergo rispecchia le aspettative, in più Il signor Alfonso persona eccezionale dello staff si è reso disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste. Consiglio vivamente, da ritornarci.

El hotel se encuentra dentro de un edificio, pero es fácil de acceder. Excelente ubicación en una avenida accesible para autos. Es correcto para una estadía corta, es limpio y silencioso (algo destacable en Napoles). El encargado muy amable.

O local é excelente perto de um bom restaurante, supermercado, metro e do centro velho, o atendente foi bastante atencioso. Hotel simples e confortável. A cama de casal era grande e macia, bons lençóis. O ar condicionado e o frigobar funcionaram bem. Banheiro razoável, porem escoamento do ralo era muito lento, foi difícil tomar uma banho tranquilo.

Basic hotel but great location we only stayed for one night so was ideal for what we needed. Breakfast is pretty much non existent. Good views from balcony. Need 20c to use lift up to hotel which is on 5th floor

Hotel limpo e bem localizado. A chegada so hotel é um pouco confusa, se chegar m um domingo, feriado ou fora do horario comercial, pois o mesmo fica no quinto andar de um predio, e nao identificamos um telefone ou interfone embaixo. Quarto e banheiros amplos, deciraçao espartana.

Lovely old building, quaint lift needs a bit of patience. Receptionist very helpful. Rooms very clean had to ask for two of the beds to be separated and this was done while we were out and the missing kettle and tea were also there when we returned. The three rooms we booked were all a good size and well cleaned. The breakfast was a basic continental and we bought extras we wanted. Two of the rooms were on the side of the building and had balconies the third overlooked the courtyard. We were there in October and did not require air-con. Amenities excellent for 2 star hotel and very good value.

The elevator was broken and this hotel is on the fifth floor. We had two rooms and in both cases the inside door knob (to get out of the room) was detached from the door. Ten minutes and some longer screws would fix that problem. It is a very average place where you could get by for a night or two. There are certainly better options.
