Chambres impeccable personnel courtois

The hotel could do with a renovation. The facilities were OK but struggle to be 4 star standard. The breakfast was a standard buffet but the furniture is too big and there were too many large tables and chairs so when half full it is difficult to find spaces or move around. Several times there was not enough cutlery, bread or glassware.

L’hôtel n’est pas digne d un quatre étoiles, il est extrêmement vieillot limite propre moquette dans les parties communes, pas terrible. Les chambres sont propres le petit déjeuner n’est pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles.

It was ok but not really as presented online. The marketing photographer did a great job but the rooms were more 3 star than 5 star. Tiny room, minuscule shower room and very basic but ok breakfast.

hôtel situé dans un quartier très calme et à quelques pas de nombreux restaurants et magasins. J'ai été très bien accueilli par la réception La chambre était propre bonne qualité de literie et nombreux accessoires à disposition. Le buffet du pdj est bon. Bon rapport qualité prix. Seul inconvénient l'isolation phonique entre les chambres. Je recommande vivement cet établissement

Sweet little hotel! Really nice reception staff.

I was very comfortable during my stay at this hotel; the room was lovely with a small balcony and a spacious, colorfully tiled bathroom. The staff at reception were friendly and cooperative. I have one small criticism which I reported at reception but was not really addressed: the room lacks teacups, and though I requested this and was assured that housekeeping would be informed, no teacups were provided during my stay (except one time when I came down to reception specifically for that). This hotel in central Paris is good value for money nonetheless, and I recommend it. Will return.

Sejour tres agreable, l'accueil etait parfait, je me sentais un petit peu comme a la maison La literie et la proprete au top Merci aux personnels de l'hotel pour cet agreable moment

Great breakfast offered Very friendly staff

Great location and most of our stay was pleasant. BUT, on our last night, around 11pm while we were in bed about to go to sleep, another guest checking in was given a key to our room and scared the **** out of us. No apologies or acknowledgement from the hotel and of course our room keys didn't work the next morning and we had to let them know. We were fine, but startled and unimpressed.

Location but it’s not a 4* hotel in our view but 2*, it’s basic and very small compared to hotels used to.

Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil a été parfait. Possibilité d'arriver à l'avance pour déposer nos bagages et Julia a réussi à réaliser le check-in en avance ☺️ De plus, pendant que le check-in était réalisé, nous avons eu droit au café/chocolat et bonbons pour patienter (disponible actuellement à volonté tout le long du séjour). Nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement avec chambre avec balcon. Tout a été parfait

We were at this hotel in May 2025 Room was very comfortable, staff was very helpful, and breakfast was amazing! You need to go a few streets away to enjoy the cafés and shops and parks, but it is an easy walk or ride. Definitely recommend.

Un 4 étoiles à Paris est toujours surévalué. Pour cet hôtel je dirai qu’il mérite 3 étoiles. Accueil sympathique, chambre impeccable mais petite . La vue sur les unités extérieures des climatiseurs est original. Salle du petit déjeuner lumineuse et agréable mais toujours du niveau 3 étoiles .
