Wir fanden das Essen ausgezeichnet und haben es problemlos vertragen. Bezüglich der Musik am Pool wünschten wir uns mehr Abwechslung (anfangs zu viel und zu laute Techno - Musik), das wurde dann berücksichtigt. Das Personal und auch die Relaxschwimmbecken, an die wir uns spätnachmittags zurückzogen, sind wirklich super. Ebenfalls gefiel uns die Lage (Nähe Flughafen), die Schwimmreifen im Meer und dass man die Anlage auch gut zu einem Spaziergang abends verlassen konnte. Die Aufmerksamkeit zu unserem Hochzeitstag hat und ebenfalls sehr gefreut.

Buffet geschmacksneutral, restaurants top!

Hotellet er veldig fint, rent og ryddig, topp service fra alle. Treningsstudio var ganske enkelt og lite, men mulig å få trent likevel. Surf og kite var ikke så bra, men ok tilbud på resort ved siden av eller evt en kort taxitur unna.

The resort itself is lovely, though it could use a few extra touches like robes and slippers. The staff were friendly overall, but communication before arrival was disappointing. I had reached out in advance to organise something and never received a reply, even though the team later confirmed they had seen my message. It’s also worth noting that for stays shorter than a week, the à la carte dining options aren’t available. While this may be common for all-inclusive resorts, it wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time. On a positive note, the assistant manager, Ahmed, was extremely helpful and made a real effort to accommodate us during our stay. Overall, it’s a good resort and we had an enjoyable experience, but better pre-arrival communication would have made a big difference so do consider that if you have any special requests ahead of your visit.

Hôtel très agréable, personnel serviable et le buffet est de bonne qualité avec des bons produits. Les piscines, les transats et l équipe d animation font également partis des points forts de l hôtel. Ainsi que le court de tennis. Petit bémol sur la salle de sport qui est trop petite et les chambres pas très bien insonorisées alors il faut espérer ne pas avoir de voisins trop bruyants.

Hotelli on todella kaunis ja tunnelmallinen. Henkilökunta on todella palvelualttiita sekä ammattimaisia. Ruoka- ja juomavalikoima on myös erittäin hyvällä tasolla. All inclusive täällä sisältää kaiken, ruokailun ja alkoholilliset sekä alkoholittomat juomat kaikissa ravintoloissa. Coctailit todella hyviä verrattuna useisiin muihin All inclusive -hotelleihin ja ke tehdään coctail -laseihin puhtailla ja oikeilla raaka-aineilla. Euroopan standardeillakin 5 -tähden luksushotelli. Huoneet ja aurinkosänyt yms myös korkeatasoisia. Suosittelen tätä paikkaa todella, jos kaipaat laadukasta ja rentouttavaa majoituspaikkaa, jossa asiakkaan kaikki tarpeet huomioidaan ja voit itse keskittyä rentoutumiseen.

Everything was amazing including the staff service، quality of facility, quality of food, attention to detail. Will definitely come back. Top notch hotel and an obvious step up from other resorts . Keep up the good work and exceptional quality and service!

The hotel is so called 5 star hotel but I didn’t receive 5 star service. Basically no service at all. The staff are so racist. They saw my skin colour and they just ignored me like I’m not there. But they smile big and serve drinks if the customers are white. If you are Asian, please don’t come to this hotel. I’m sure you will regret.

Absolutely amazing experience! Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect — from the warm welcome at check-in to the outstanding service throughout my stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and feels truly luxurious in every detail. The staff are incredibly kind and professional; they always go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and great quality. The pool area and beach are spotless, peaceful, and very well maintained. If you’re looking for a high-class, relaxing holiday in Hurghada, this is definitely the place to be. I’ll 100% come back again — highly recommended!

Im Großen und Ganzen alles top. Perfekt für ein Hotel-Urlaub und sehr nah ans Flughafen. Würde ich für ein Hotel-Urlaub empfehlen. Essen und Getränke sind sauber. Zwei Negativpunkte: Frühstück-Auswahl wsr nicht gut und Entertainment-Programm langweilig.

Just WOW

The staff was amazing, the location was amazing, the cleanliness was amazing, the food was fresh and really good, they have multiple pool options which was really nice coz it never got crowded, the had different shows which was entertaining. The only downside which isn’t their fault I guess but we didn’t like the private beach the water felt really dirty and gross but again we didn’t care because we just used the pools instead which were amazing!!

Tum çalışanlar guler yüzlü ve inanılmaz misafirperverdi. Yemek çeşitliliği ve lezzeti harikaydı. Scuba dalış, çöl safari ve gece animasyonlar ile çok guzel bir hafta gecirdik. Iyiki girmişiz ilk firsatta tekrar gitmek isteriz.
