Nice big room, clean and light. It was quite noisy with kids everywhere, but realised this is a family hotel, our room faced the entrance unfortunately, where you could hear everyone coming and going. You have to book a table for breakfast, on arrival. It has a diner feel. Basic but ok,

We visit regularly, our family live in the area. The room was nicely decorated,plenty of towels and room was clean, beds very comfortable. Staff are always very friendly and helpful .

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Unfortunately at night it was hot and we couldn’t have the doors open as we were above the restaurant and bar other guests were very noisy.

We had an amazing time at this lovely hotel and the caves. The room was really comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. Lovely time had by my family will definitely be going back.

Perfect position to go to wookeyhole caves

I needed somewhere to sleep near Wookey hole Cave, this was it.

Great stay at Wookey hotel. Very convenient for the caves and a good clean hotel with comfy beds and hot showers.

Internet access, food options, the staff were friendly and the service was overall good.

We were both unimpressed by the quality of the hotel. It has went downhill from when we went before. We wont go back .

No fridge in room No air-conditioning and fan was not goof at all. Cant use any of the facilities only on the day of your tickets for the caves which make the site very boring as not even any wqlks.

The room had stains on the carpet. The bathroom door was rotting on the bottom. The bathroom floor was dirty. The menu was very limited as my wife and i are fussy eaters. When you brought a drink from the bar there was nowhere to relax as the restaurant and bar are in the same room. Overall i would possibly not stay there again
